Not so clean for the price.not instructions how to go out to the beach or take the elevator.A cleaning rug was left on my bathroom.no tooth brush....staff not greeting looking tired and not helping

Check in: The room was not ready for us until 15:15. Receptionist was not very nice. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived. Facilities are quite old, loud AC.

The pool is a bit small for the amount of rooms.

We were upgraded to a higher floor, room was spacious and clean. Staff at the reception was very welcoming. The hotel has a door which goes out straight to the beach.

Beautiful Hotel, Amazing Location, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Very Comfortable Beds, towels for the beach, very large selection for breakfast. Right on the beach, private entrance to hotel. Amazing view, we had a King Room with Sea View, well worth it.

Some areas need updating.

Just love location of this hotel. We always look forward to coming back to our stay at the Crowne Plaza. Gave us too a very much appreciated early check in.

The pool area is uninviting needs updating the furniture such as sofas, chairs needs to be replaced very dated and dull looking .Colours such as reds, purple, gold would be great.

Our room was the best spacious with all the facilities. So peaceful and quiet facing the sea. We had the best mattress that we ever slept on I wish I could buy one. Housekeeping staff members were always ready to help and very graceful and polite. We only had breakfast on shabbat sumptuous and delicious. We had Friday night dinner which is a must. It was a banquet so delicious at the end of the evening we could not move from all the variety on offfer. Staff members were great. The location is excellent as it's by the sea it's very peaceful without noisy cars. Amazing Hotel will definitely return 😊

Just to set expectations, the hotel is not a 5 star hotel (not sure if they claim to be). Its great for the price and certainly checks all the important boxes and then some, but its not objectively the best hotel ive been to.

Everything was great. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The manager was in constant contact with me to make sure everything was going ok and even called in advance of my stay to make sure I was informed of everything. Breakfast was great, the view from the cafe is stunning. Most importantly, the room was clean and in good shape! They even left a piece of cake since it was my birthday. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

It takes too much time untill someone picks up the phon, whether you call the reception or the room service. The noise made by clubs near the hotel until early morning.

The A.C in our room wasn’t really working well but it was cold outside and hot in the room so it didn’t bother us.

Everything was really clean, breakfast was good, the staff are really nice and took care of everything we needed, location is awesome.

Unfortunately the lobby restaurant was closed at 20:30 , same for lunch, the restaurant was open only at 13:00
