IsraelWe took standard rooms. They are a little small without a balcony. You may want to consider upgrading to a large room if you feel you need more space. Not a deal breaker though. But they are superbly looked after.
The location is truly magical and the staff go out of their way to make you happy even with unreasonable requests. The food was unique and way better than what Im used to getting in hotels. The spa was amazing and the overall experience of the entire stay was relaxing and refreshing. Exceeded my expectations.

IsraelThe staff was excellent. My wife is a vegan and she has special dietary needs. The chef called her up and discussed her food with her. When we went to meals, the staff already knew that she had special requirements and were able to show her what items were on her plan. The chef also went out of his way to prepare special dishes for her so she could enjoy her meals.

IsraelI was however very dissapointed this year with the rooms since we received the rooms on the 6th and 7th floor. i have never had these rooms before so didnt know them. for the amount of money charged, even though it is full borad, the rooms on floor 6 and 7 are not good enough
