Was a lot of dust in the room, on shelves, stuff and dirt from previous guests under bed. Never seen it in brown hotels before. I hope it will be changed as the hotel itself is a nice one

Exceptional Service from Louis at the Front Desk! I had an amazing experience at JLM Hotel, thanks to Louis at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and friendly. Not only did he make the check-in process smooth and effortless, but he also went above and beyond by upgrading my room, which was such a wonderful surprise. His warm demeanor and attentiveness truly set the tone for my stay. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys making guests feel special, but Louis does just that. They sent me a message every day before check-in. The message was in Hebrew. I don't read Hebrew, so I requested that the message be in English. They continued in Hebrew. I felt this was harassment, so I wrote to Booking.com to complain about it.

Cable internet TV was a bit lagging.

The clubs and noise at night was booming and nonstop. It was very hard to sleep well. Really unhappy with that.

Maintenance was kinda poor to be honest- broken mirror, shower head was broken and just in general small maintenance issues, the place needs a quick renovation.

If you have a hard time sleeping - take in account that you can hear the music from the restaurant outside the hotel. We were on the 3rd floor.

The air conditioning could be better in the room itself, in the rest of the hotel is was fine. If you consider using the Jacuzzi , don't. The pool is very small and only for the hot summer days (not a complaint, just stating the fact)

The location of the hotel is within walking distance from the old city, and very close to public transportation that can take you anywhere in Jerusalem. The room size is reasonable, very clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good as well.

pool is tiny and the water are frozen tv streamer had many issues the room is very small breakfast is not bad, but getting a tray with cheese & salad is inefficient - you have to wait a long time, you don't get plates (only when the eggs arrive several minutes later) and every day the same options... a buffet would have been a much better option the bar music is way too loud in the evenings and can be heard in the upstairs rooms

We were disappointed by the spa being inactive due to the war. We will return when the spa issue is resolved- this was very important for my daughter who is on active duty and was looking forward to some pampering. It sounded funny since in general masseuses are not soldiers…

Beautiful design of the room and bathroom. Location is awesome, close to wonderful restaurants and a rather short walk to the Mahne Yehuda market and great cafes. The staff were very helpful.

Size of pool was okay but there wasn’t a lot of place to sit around the pool since at night there’s a restaurant there.
