  “Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very considerate if you turned up a little late. You were not made to feel rushed; they just let you sit and eat. This is not a five-star property, but that's fine because they don't charge five-star prices. The facilities are more than adequate, and unlike other more up-market properties in Israel, I always feel like I am getting exactly what I am paying for. My wife and I really like it here and will certainly return soon.”

  “I paid for a suite at Daniel Hotel Herzliya and it was a disgrace: dangerous terrace with debris, difficult access due to water damage, new room with no air conditioning (only a fan in the middle of summer!) and leaking toilets. Staff listened but did nothing – for the price charged, this is an unacceptable professional failure.”
