The only thing for me was that there wasn't enough little shower bottles (only one tiny bottle per person). The window outside need to be cleaned as full of Spider webs and as it got darker, the outside window was covered in loads of spiders leading me to have to close the window and it was a warm summer night so it was warm in the room. Water pressure in the shower was not good.

It is room only, no breakfast available, Its self check in which I like. I was given the instructions the night before and I had no issues getting into the room. The room was clean and had tea/coffee available. No issue with noise and was in a peaceful area only 10/15 min walk into Westport town. Handy location for getting to Croagh Patrick Mountain.

It's a B&B with no breakfast, so it's a B no B The room was clean, some handles missing from drawers. The bin outside was overflowing No staff, you collect your key from a key safe box at front door

Mattress too soft and uncomfortable. Curtains very light and quite transparent which let in a lot of light. The shower was very dated and didn't allow any adjustments of the shower head.

Not suitable location if you are not driving. Tried for a week before my arrival to get in contact with someone at the property, I called & left voicemails and I also emailed to which no one responded.

Very nice and caring host. Place was easy to reach and access, enough parking space. Can go into town by foot in the evening for food/drinks. Some very nice pubs with great music in Westport.

The limitations on having heat in our room was dependent on the temperature in the hall. If I’m am spending money to stay in a place I would like to have the ability to adjust the temperature for my comfort. The hairdryer was covered in sticky dirt. It had never been cleaned. It was disgusting. The bathroom needed maintenance, toilet was leaking and something else I can’t remember off the top of my head-but it was either the sink or shower that needed attention. Maybe add a table in the bathroom for things to sit on if possible.

From the outside the accommodations were amazing and the location was perfect however.

No one onsite to manage the evening/ nighttime activity. Was like being in a dorm with people coming and going at 2:30 in the morning several nights in a row. Rug in the room was super nasty; badly needs to be replaced.

Breakfast inclusion misleading by reviews. Lots of choices of true B&B locations closer to town

I was initially disappointed that no breakfast was included as we booked, thinking this was a true b&b. Most reviews on booking.com show ppl talking about the amazing breakfast, so it was misleading. We definitely would not even consider if this was clearly stated as is located within 20 min. Walk to town, and we get caught up walking back on a cold, rainy night. Accommodation was really nice, comfortable beds. Host was available over what'sup, gave all instructions over the phone on how to get to our room and very good tips for places to eat and entertain.

Bathroom/shower/washbasin tiny with poor water pressure. In addition, hopeless communication from the host. On booking for one night received a message inviting us to contact them if we wanted to extend our stay. On arriving in Westport decided we would like to extend so called to ask if it would be ok to add an extra night. Was told it would probably be ok but they would call back to confirm. Didn’t get a call back so called again that evening and it went to voicemail. Called again the next morning when I couldn’t find any staff at the property and was now told we couldn’t stay. Explained themselves by saying sorry they didn’t call back but phone had a flat battery and that they had messaged to say no room was available via bookings.com (they hadn’t). Meant the plans we had made for the day had to be abandoned as we now had to check out try and find somewhere else.

We hadn’t enough hot water the first morning for showers but was okay second morning. I worried a bit about the hairdryer socket as it’s hanging a bit loosely off the wall. It’s worth checking your texts on arrival about checking in as I had expected to get the info on my booking.com messages but was able to ring the owner upon arrival anyhow.

It was so handy to everything and the beds were lovely and clean!

Blind on window

Unmanned accommodation. Key in lock boxes at door. Our room(6) had a broken blind which was very akward as it looked out to a yard whwere people passed .
