Good hostel, besides a luxury resort with lot of activities in the country side !

Signage for hostel & parking needs adjusting so it can be seen on entry. We eventually found the hostel parking spaces. Not a big deal but we arrived during heavy rain. Cooker area is a little tight on space when sharing with others. An extra foot on left side would be great for access for additional users.

Spacious clean 6 bed dormitory really suited our family. Shower & separate toilet, made use of both more manageable for everyone. Absolutely spotless throughout the hostel. Lovely large common room for relaxing. Cooking facilities meant we could cook rather than dine out. Good storage, nice lighting and charging point on extra bunk bed. All round great hostel. Use of hotel services & extras was brilliant. We cooked most times and treated family to hotel meal last night. Superb food.

Faucet is too close on the sink so most of the time, water is spilling when used. Small parking space most of the time its full for hostel customers

Midgets during summer! No swimming pool but they have small thermal suites for adults only.

Not an issue with the property but our stay was during a heat wave and dorm was way too hot to sleep in until late night .. if I knew would bring along a small fan .. and during summer also watch out for swarms of midgets. will be handy to carry along a midget repplant spray

No shelf in the shower to hold items. Ie glasses to see and items to shower with. But still good. Would be great if we had that.

The ad mentioned laundry facilities but there was only the hotel laundry service which was very expensive

Not enough space in the kitchen. Needing to wait to prepare food. If only there are 2 sets of kitchen in one floor would help a lot. The internet is very slow and tv channels are low in choices. No hooks in bedrooms to hang towels or clothes. I would suggest maybe 2 hooks on each bunk beds would be ideal especially if your sharing with other 9 people.

The whole place is beautiful set in a stunning environment.

Hostel is a bit run down, the shower didn’t drain very well and half the plugs or lights in the bunk beds didn’t work (checked that power switches were on).

Hostel kitchen could be a bit better, and the TV room could be used more efficiently (including making sure there's a TV remote!!).

Hostel is so clean and modern, rooms are tight but super-efficient with great shower facilities. Hotel staff were wonderful. Adventure Centre staff were very friendly and the session we did (Archery) was great fun and great to have something on-offer for the younger kids. It's a beautiful place in a stunning natural setting. Highly recommend a visit.

There were quite a lot of new staff who were not able to answer our questions at times, there were other staff who were much more knowledgeable. There was a Summer Camp at the hostel at the same time as us and they were very noisy at night. There is only one cooker in the self-catering kitchen so you have to wait your turn.

Great sized dorm room for the four of us. An excellent location for exploring the West coast - which was beautiful! The option to use the spa was a very welcome bonus and the vegan options in the restaurant were great!

We did not like the fact that the corridors and doors were painted but nobody told us so when looking for our room or any time you left the room really , most of us got clothes destroyed by still wet paint.
