No none butter options at breakfast Would have been better if leisure facilities were open earlier so could be used before breakfast. 8am is too late if you want to do a workout before breakfast and start your day

Found the hotel itself very standard and very run down food was okay .. If we didn’t get the room we got for our stay I don’t think I would have stayed.. really needs a referb and If not lower prices defo not worth 520 for 2 nights pictures are very deserving on booking.com

The room we got was amazing we got the bridal suit it was outstanding was a small but disappointed because WiFi was not connected to tv so we couldn’t enjoy with Netflix

When we arrived into check in I got a lovely peaceful vibe I knew instantly I was going to enjoy my stay,staff very friendly. My room was ground floor close to all facilities & for personal reasons.Westport woods hotel shone through for me I will be back hopefully might get a good deal.x

The room on our second day was not presented as well as it was on our arrival. The beds were carelessly made up, they were left looking lumpy and the red covers weren't replaced across the foot of the beds. They were both thrown on the middle of one of the beds. A disappointment when we arrived back to the room on our second day. Also, there were no biscuits on the second day. A small detail that lets the hotel down. If we pay for 2 nights it's fair to expect that the standard of the room on the second day is the same as it is on the first. Not 4 Star hotel standard.

Quiet location with big beds in a big room, good bathroom facilities, friendly staff. Good breakfast too. Plenty of choice with freshly cooked eggs and pancakes.

The hotel is a little dated, especially around the reception area and with the clunky room keys. We arrived for breakfast at 10 and buffet was very empty

Needs to check that certain foods- fried eggs for example- are kept in supply at breakfast. Hotel really geared for large groups and bus tours rather than couples.

Breakfast buffet style arrangement meant that food not always readily available and dinner menu very limited for a 4-star hotel.

The room was lovely but there were signs of damp especially at the window. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t great- with spiderwebs and grumpy tables. The tea tray wasn’t cleaned from the previous person staying.

Dated rooms (we stayed in a twin on the second floor). No AC. Doors and locks very loud to open and close. Paid €280 for a twin room for 2 inc breakfast and would have expected a between quality room and amenities for this price point.

Friendly staff and guests. Good buffet breakfast. Clean.
