Our room was lovely; little welcoming touches like the pillow spray and the little chocolate boxes were delightful. Our room was spacious and immaculate, same for the bathroom with lovely towels and toiletries. Breakfast was always delicious and we loved the variety of items on offer. We ate every night at The Ivy - the food was just so good! Everyone who dealt with us at Reception or at breakfast, dinner or the bar was super friendly and welcoming - it really is service with a smile! All in all, we were sorry to leave! Everything about our stay felt really good quality.

Unfortunately we had trouble with the shower, it got extremely hot and there was only time for 1 person to shower before the water got to hot for the second person to use the shower without waiting a long time for it to be usable again. I did tell the receptionist this, so hopefully this issue will be resolved.

The staff were really friendly and the service was excellent. The food was unreal in The Ivy Room. Nice pints of beer too. The breakfast was excellent as well and the staff very attentive to bring toast etc. I would definitely stay here again

Loved the design of the hotel as well as the very knowledgable staff. The food, drinks and service for dinner in the hotel restaurant were very enjoyable. The beds- even though small- were the most comfortable and we had an amazing night sleep. We also appreciated the on location parking

A charming boutique hotel offering cozy rooms, exceptionally friendly staff, a superb breakfast, and an excellent restaurant. Ideally situated just outside Killarney, it provides the perfect balance—close enough to the town while still offering a peaceful retreat from the bustle. The restaurant is outstanding with a warm, inviting atmosphere and excellent food and drinks. The staff - especially John - were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making our dinner a truly delightful experience. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

There was not much to fault the property. I found everything to be well managed, clean rooms and facilities, most friendly staff. Perfect hotel for a break I will be back.

Room was very clean and modern, ample space with TV coffee making facilities etc. There was as election of choices for breakfast, I went with the traditional Irish and it was lovely. top notch food. Dinner menu had lots of choices

You had to reserve a time for breakfast and if you didn't do so early the times quickly got booked. Perhaps more seating for breakfast would alleviate this.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a problem with some loose tiles in our bathroom and they immediately changed our room. The breakfast was amazing. The location is great. Close to all of the attractions but outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Killarney.

The property was billed as a little more tucked away and secluded than was actually true. It was on a major row with other hotels. And our rooms were right on the first floor, with guests coming and going right outside our room window as well as open to the car park/road.

The staff was very accommodating and the overall hospitality was warm and welcoming.

The breakfast on the first morning was second to none. Second morning not so much.

Lovely feel to the hotel. Great welcome from the receptionist and a super room. The view over a building site slightly disappointing but that can't be helped. Fabulous food in The restaurant.

We booked their basic room which was a bit snug for us personally. I would recommend booking their larger room size if you are used to larger hotel rooms. This is personal preference.

The Victoria was a beautiful hotel. They served a full menu breakfast included in the room rate. They also had a lovely restaurant on site. The rooms were very clean, offering slippers and a robe as well as nightly sweet treats on your bed.

Missed having a view, the row of hotels it is on; but this is due to the large amount of people like me wanting to visit beautiful Ireland.
