We knew there would be off-site parking & the staff provided directions to a parking lot where we would get a discount. Unfortunately, the street was closed off & GPS was taking us around in circles. Our fault for driving in Dublin, but be ready for an adventure to find parking.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean & comfortable. The restaurant was very good & was open late. I left my Kindle behind & called the front desk. They said that they would check & call me back. They did! They located it & held it for me to get before my flight.

The rooms were a bit dark and could’ve done with a bit more lighting. There was not fridge in the room . The breakfast buffet was nice and there were certain extras you could order like eggs and beans which I did but I’d finished the other bit of my breakfast before these arrived as it was quite a long wait. So if you want extras, even beans order them before you get the rest of your breakfast From the buffet. When I first arrived, the first person on the desk wasn’t very friendly and welcoming- maybe just a blip- but the staff for the rest of my stay were lovely and cheerful. We arrived at 1 o’clock and official check-in was 3 pm- we were told we could access our room straightaway, but it would cost an extra €20. Thought this was a bit high as most hotels I’ve arrived at and the room is ready Let you access it.. I understand a charge for late checkout but thought this was a bit unreasonable.

We love the fact that we could pull up outside and we’re lucky enough to get space with the valet parking. The hotel is very central and you can walk nearly anywhere in Dublin from it.. I loved the reception and the bar and restaurant area were really pretty and it has been decorated so tastefully. The rooms were comfortable and had lovely toiletries. The beds were very comfortable and we got a good nights sleep.

When checking in, staff was very cold and abrupt. They didn’t like that we had booked via booking.com. Took a long time to find our reservation.

Brilliant location, professional and welcoming staff and a large room with all of the amenities we required. A calm and cheerful atmosphere made us feel safe and comfortable. Very near the main attractions but very quiet in the room at night. Would not go anywhere else if we return to Dublin.

There was dust in a corner of the room.

I liked the staff at reception. I liked the room, but the carpet was dull and seemed old. The breakfast was excellent. Staff at breakfast were excellent.

Room situated next to internal courtyard, where we could constantly listen to the restaurant/bar staff emptying glass bottles into trash cans.

Everything is always great, if I ever experience a problem (never usually happens) but if there is, the staff are always more than willing to rectify the problem.

The staff are always more than attentive! I travel here for work and it’s always a seamless experience, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The location is also perfect.
