Parking situation wasn't great but we were able to find street parking.

I had to wait for more than 35 minutes while my room was being prepared. If the hotel can ensure visitors do not have to wait while the room is getting ready it would be great

Breakfast was good it met my expectations The room was big enough and comfortable though it had a bit of humid smell. I did not have dinner at the hotel so not sure on this

AC did not work in our 4th floor room that was sweltering. We were downgraded to a lower type room on the 3rd floor where the AC worked enough (not well) to allow us to sleep. Staff at the hotel said they had been waiting for people to come repair the AC for quite some time and they were having this problem in many rooms and that we should contact Booking.com when we got home to get a refund for the downgraded room. Booking.com did nothing supposedly because the hotel said they would do nothing.

Very updated and clean property. Staff was kind and accommodating.

Well we didn’t get a room till 430. Other people came in after us and got the room and we paid top price €169 with no breakfast. Other people got their rooms for €139 with breakfast.

noise coming from corridor door to stairs. bang bang bang all night they need to stick dampeners on it. room very stuffy air con not good, corridor was nice and cold. car park was up a hill at the back would not be great if you had loads of luggage.

great location though was noisy as our room faced the road.bar was great and staff friendly, breakfast was ok but filling.

Tiny hotel carpark which was full Had to use public paid parking nearby Very noisy until early hours (bar /nightclub nearby) Leisure centre was not part of the hotel facilities It was part of a different entity across the road This was not clear when booking Expensive stay & not a 4 star hotel in my opinion

Car parking was off premises and always full. Had to park in the street. Key cards were very poor, we had to change several times when cards stopped working. The pub is not very cosy, the live music was not so good and way too loud and musicians had poor contact with the crowd.

Location is good, close to the White House Pub.

I have mobility issues. it's a shame there isn't accessible parking. There is a leisure centre car park directly opposite which will be fine for mosr people.

Lots on offer 2 restaurants a well equipped bar and live music. Clearly a destination venue for this reason. Great buzz great mix of customers. Really great staff. Nickie on reception and everywhere else it seems, has to be given a mention. From the courtesy call I received from her to help manage my experience to my arrival departure and looking after myself and everybody else in the meantime. I'm sure its just another day in the office for Nickie, but I have rarely seen such excellent and natural professionalism in any hospitality venue. Exceptional. As Arnie would say....I'll be back. Thanks.

Very nosy but it was a Saturday night! Hotel was booked out for a comogie feis and teenagers were running the corridors late at night, shouting and messing around. People going to bed at 5:30am next to us, playing music loudly and waking up the baby often. The swimming pool is actually the council pool across the road and not apart of the hotel. You pay to use the facilities and then get vouchers for the bar/ restaurant in return of the receipt.

Great location to attend the Mountain bike Championship in Bree Forest. Bar food was lovely and comfortable surroundings. Staff managed to change us from a family room to a double as we were just travelling with a 1 year old who needed a travel cot instead of a bed.

noisy late at night/early morning as they have a reputation for stag and hen dos and apparently this group were rugby fans, couldn't go in to the bar at the end of the night for a quiet drink because it was full of men jeering and cheering. couldn't find a takeaway cup fo coffee to take on the train in morning

A small thing, but the toilet roll holder in the bathroom was too near the toilet seat. Very uncomfortable to have to stretch across yourself to reach it. Easily fixed by moving it 15cm nearer to the door

Strange bathroom lighting arrangement….not working properly, and an invasive rock band starting at 9:30 on a Sunday night flooding the upper rooms with disturbing noise. Do it earlier or not at all.

Location close to train station and easy walk to centre of town and attractions. Good breakfast with adequate choices to suit.
