A very clean and cosy cottage. It was a perfect base for us to explore the local area on foot and by car. The Greenway gives great access to walk to the city and the Quay area, which we did every day. After a busy day exploring and eating good food the cottage was the perfect place to come back to rest and relax. Highly recommend.

The cottage is on Rural Road 335 and directly across from the Great Western Greenway- walk or bike to Westport. It is updated, more roomy than the pictures or description of cozy imply, and a lovely place to stay for a few days or longer. It is also soundproof and full of light! The owner is a sheep farmer and lives next door. He greeted us and gave us a tour of the cottage and provided lots on local information. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Westport has so much to offer.

Our hosts, Sean and Clare, were so accommodating and thoughtful. The cottage was so spacious and well appointed, it exceeded our expectations. I can only thoroughly recommend the property, the people and the place. A genuine highlight of our month in Ireland.

Having to leave and not stay for a whole week as it is a wonderful set up and Westport is a great little town /area

The quiet location just outside the town was wonderful The house was well appointed and very comfortable. The host Sean was friendly and very keen to assist with any answers to questions we had. [Perhaps explain the reference number for the google map directions in the initial text to poor Australians as we got lost but it was sorted in a few minutes.... this was our first experience of this for directions! Sean was an expert in knowing where we were and came to fetch us! The lambs were adorable. The beds were very comfortable Bathroom excellent and hot water good. Kitchen was well appointed. The greenway provided an easy walk into Westport 10 mins

Perfect location, outside of town so nice and quiet but only a quick walk via the greenway into Westport (or to the coast). House was lovely, lots of space and well-appointed. Owner lived nearby so any issues were taken care of quickly. It was lambing season too so adorable scenery.

A gem of a house that really felt like home for our short stay in Westport. Ideally located on the road towards Muirisk, but only 15 mins walk along the greenway to the centre of Westport town. The cottage was excellently equipped with everything we needed- cosy, spotlessly clean and really comfy double beds. It was lovely to have the garden bench outside too to enjoy the beautiful trees and glimpses of Croagh Patrick. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful, we really felt at home. We would have no hesitation in recommending the cottage to anyone travelling in the Westport area.

Spacious cottage, 3 bedroom with double beds, one of them en suite. Great for a family or friend group holiday. Very close to town, it takes 10 minutes to get there walking and the cycling path in on the other side of the road. We came with our own bikes so we hardly used the car. Helpful hosts. We had a great stay.
