Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location opposite beautiful St Stephens Green park and walking distance into the main shopping/restaurant/bar area in the city. Lovely friendly welcoming staff. Only had one night and no breakfast. Recommended for a beautiful stay.

AustraliaCheck-in was smooth and easy. The location right on St Stephen’s Green is perfect. The hotel is spotless and well looked after. Our room was spacious with layered lighting that made it feel warm and welcoming. Facilities are modern and practical with loads of charging points. The TV linked up with mobile devices with no fuss at all. Breakfast wasn’t huge but the quality was outstanding and everything tasted great.

AustraliaThe only con, and it is minor, is that the breakfast lay-out is not great for flow and people end up bumping into each other.
Fantastic check-in process. Great location beside St Stephen’s Green. Clean and tidy throughout. Spacious room with layered lighting. Nice modern facilities. Ample power points for charging. Excellent TV integration with mobile devices. Breakfast was not large, but the quality of what was offered was outstanding.

AustraliaWe had been travelling all day and wanted to have a meal in the hotel soon after our arrival before going to bed. Again, the staff were fantastic but the meal options were limited and portions small for the price. Also, they have a coffee maker in the room and an sortment of pods and instant coffee but no tea bags. We were happy with our stay for the night but there were those small points to make based on our experience.
The hotel and staff overall were fantastic. Our room was spaceous and comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with plenty of hot water. The amenities in the bathroom were excellent, I.e shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap dispensers. The breakfast Buffett and service was great!!

The colour scheme of the room and bathroom were very calming. I especially loved the locally made “napping blankets” placed at the end of the bed. The beds were extremely comfortable and so were the pillows, a perfect match for my preferences. I also thought the Irish shortbread cookies were a lovely touch and we enjoyed them with the great selections of Nespresso coffees. I also loved the hotel thoughtfulness in using colour lighting in the elevators to indicated stop or go. I think this is a very useful visual aid for those individuals who may have low vision issues.
