Toilet didn't work properly Mattress needs to be replaced - sunk down when you sat down on it to get into bed, springs gone.

Location was good, except for driving there - hard to get down Fleet Street because of pedestrians everywhere. Room was clean.

Only issue was with the heat, but as peak summer, we were provided with a fan which did help a little. Again, not in the property’s control, just something to be mindful of.

Location was excellent. We were allowed to leave our bags in the entry way of the apartments/ rooms. Then getting into the room was just as easy with reliable communication from the owners. The room was to a beautiful standard with a gorgeous en suite.

Perhaps better towels (bigger and softer) and two more towels would make if better it nicer. We would / will consider booking here again, especially if we can get a better rate next time. Thank you!

Room Layout and size, very clean and comfortable. It was also in a nice location and we really liked the lady who cleaned the property. Wifi and extras like water and coffee we very appreciated.

The wifi didn't work at all the whole stay which was a bit annoying. It was also very hot that weekend and the room was very hot despite having a fan.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the Temple Bar area but still quiet. Easy to reach by bus or taxi. Nice big bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay in Dublin, and the area the Merchant House was in. Close to the action, but high enough above to lose the noise. very clean and comfortable room, the mini fridge well stocked with reasonable priced beverages...Guinness of course. Was a very comfortable place to stay when time for some resting up from all our sightseeing and the 12k steps a day. speaking of steps, being on the top floor was wonderful, just the climb there was a chore. but thats on me, I could be in better shape! Many thanks for a lovely stay in Dublin!

I would have liked a return phone call when contacting the property about the security codes to enter the property not coming through my Booking.com App. Eventually I was helped by another guest who had internet access. And the milk was not replaced for our second nights stay.

Lovely individual room in the centre of Temple Bar . Good soundproofing too.

The fact that there is no front desk and you need a code is very impersonal. When we called there was no answer. The sofa bed pull out was a bit funky.

Room was large and clean. Location is super handy. The neighbors are a bit sketchy, but it was no trouble. Jane was super nice in housekeeping. Thanks!

To get into the door you better not be short. I'm 5'7" and I was having to reach high to use my palm then a code to get in the door. Not sure why the lock was placed so high.

My room was over 50 steps up. They should tell you that more specifically before you book. I am a small woman, solo. And close to 70. I would have looked for something closer down.
