Carpet needs replacement, very hot in unit and fans did not work. Noisy compressor on the roof outside our window ran on and off all night.

The location is amazing located right on the strand of beach. Restaurant had excellent food and we ate both dinner and breakfast there.

that damn music - and prepping me via email a month out from the visit is hardly great timing. What's worse is getting notified of it during check-in. As they asked if we didn't mind the music that will be playing. Well, yes I did mind b/c the bass rattled our bed. And since hearing about this on check-in doesn't give me an option to back out. I'm sure this isn't the first time you heard about this.

Just little things like the carpet could was bit outdated.

Breakfast was perfect however the birds flying around and walking on the tables was a bit off putting. We had dinner the night before, it was excellent!!!

It was very noisy at night as there’s a nite club downstairs. Music until 3am but we were prewarned by the receptionist. (Saturday night)

There was no air-conditioning, and it got very hot at night after a lovely sunny day. The room had a fan, but it was still quite stuffy. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The location of our room, being almost right next to the train track. The trains were running until late at night and started early in the morning, meaning our sleep was disturbed almost continuously. The house keeping staff were rather loud, from early in the morning, banging doors and rolling their trolleys in the corridor

There was no air conditioning in the apartment we stayed in. We had to open the windows, which made it impossible to sleep because we could hear the trains passing by. The windows were old and lacked soundproofing, so even with them closed, we could still hear the trains and other sounds from outside. The hotel doesn't have a luggage storage room. After checking out, we went exploring the area. Unfortunately, our luggage was left near the reception desk, in a rather unsafe place.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area by the sea. The views are breathtaking. The hotel staff are friendly. The apartment is very spacious.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 additional beds in the living room area for one night. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is ideal, central and beachfront. Noise from the nightclub was not an issue as we stayed mid week. Overall , we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Parking tricky to get a spot when in Bray in general. Not a complaint, just advice for anyone going

Spacious room ..sitting are etc. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast is unbelievable 😋 so much choice.. Great location and staff. Recomemend.. 40 mins to Dublin on dart . Will be back .

The hotel layout is very awkward to navigate. It’s not suitable for a person with a disability. There is steps everywhere.

The rooms were very comfortable and well taken care of. The food was very nice. The location is brilliant as it’s near the beach and shops.

Received email after booking saying they had nightclub at weekends and might be noisy till early hours. We kept booking as location was good for us and it worked out ok. But they seemed happy to take your money and keep you awake !

Room fine, at back of hotel accessed via side street. Very busy hotel on ,Saturday night , band on promenade opposite hotel. Great if you are young but unpleasantly packed for us. Breakfast was fine.
