I could constantly hear the hot water cylinder running which did disturb my sleep once or twice but overall it wasn’t that bad. There is no lift so for those with mobility issues this may be a no go

The bathroom was especially large and the bedroom was a good size.

The setting is beautiful. Right outside an amazing restaurant and nearby shops. We were provided with a cot and bedding prior to arrival which took a great deal of stress out of travelling. The room was exceptionally clean and had extra amenities. There is a fridge downstairs as well as microwave and kettle which helped greatly to quickly feed the 3 year old in our family. Room are large with plenty of space. Easy access to the hotel and felt safe and secure.

it was missing hangers in the toilet to just hang the wet towels. Not a lot of storage for clothes in a room that it is supposed to host 5 people. Overall it was good.

It’s really well located. Great staff, very friendly and clean. It was very quiet and nice to sleep without being interrupted and the internet conexión worked really well so I could work from there.

There wasn't a front desk with being so small so we couldn't ask for more tea/ coffee or any advice for local activities. This was a minor inconvenience though.

The lodge was in a good central location. It was spacious and clean. We would definitely recommend and stay again ourselves.

We were on the 2nd floor with another above us and could hear the occupants walking around til midnight, which doesn't bode well when travelling with a baby. Also, a lot of light at this time of year and hard to darken the place for early sleep

Super easy check in instructions and great location of property, central to Ballina town and all shops close by. There is also a playground for the kids aboit 10minute walk away.. Bathroom and bedroom is huge and looks recently updated and equipped with everything for a short stay. Definitely recommend Dillons restaurant in the courtyard as the food there was lovely

Great central location with free parking. Spacious & well appointed for a family of 4. Had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and the place was bright & clean. Very good value for money.(for Ireland). Dillons Bar & Restaurant below was excellent & would certainly visit regularly if we were local. There was a really tasty Nepalese/Indian restaurant a few steps away, and a nice looking pizza bar also. A great find & would definitely stay again if in Ballina.

A bit sparse on seating for four adults (one couch, no chairs). Water heater was spotty/pulsating hot to cold - we've been traveling Ireland for a month so we know how this should work

There was nothing we didn't like. We enjoyed our 3 days.

Clean comfortable family room with a large e-suite. Location close to shops and restaurants. Great pub food across the courtyard with reasonable prices.
