Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Check in was lengthy at 4pm….€500 for 2 rooms for 1 night was too expensive……
Dinner in restaurant was fabulous - food and service were excellent; breakfast was first class; gym / pool were great. Rooms were great too with great view over walled gardens.

I think it could do with a bit of TLC in way of furnishings in the bedrooms. They all look a bit scuffed and worn, bedside lockers, carpets and table look like they need replacing. Tea/Coffee facilities were very basic. It felt like a budget hotel, but the price didn’t reflect this.

It’s a small thing because breakfast on the whole was good, but as a vegetarian it would have been nice to have mushrooms. Not all vegetarians eat eggs so mushrooms would have completed the meal
The staff was excellent, without exception. Everyone was just so nice and happy! The view from the room was amazing. The room itself was lovely and spacious too.

Absolutely everything What can I say about Sligo Park hotel, From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave, the staff in the hotel are amazing at making their guests comfortable, Home from Home experience. Staff go above and beyond for their guests. The leisure facilities are fantastic and very well looked after and very clean. The same goes to the rooms very very Clean and well made for their guest, When asked late on for a walk in shower the hotel went out of their way and made sure that they sorted that room for us even when they were very busy. Didn't book a meal or breakfast but have had both in the past and both wonderful and delicious. The food in the bar could not fault it at all 10/10 for the food drinks and staff. We were served by one wee girl called Amy her customer service was unbelievable she is a fantastic girl, fantastic with customers and credit to her and to the bar staff and hotel. 100% will be back. Thanks so much for such a wonderful stay yet again

It is a bit far from town , Taxi is about 10-15€

Nothing comes to mind, will definitely book here again.
Very pleasant staff, very efficient check in. The room was clean and comfortable. The large bed gave myself and my wife a great sleep waking up fresh to start our next journey. With a wedding the day before, we were expecting a large cue for breakfast,but again the staff were very efficient and friendly and we had no wait at all. Breakfast was fresh and hot and most enjoyable.

The bathroom is on the small side.. The Extractor Fan in the toilet didn't work so the mirror steamed up every time we showered.
Bed was comfy I had a great night's sleep and the breakfast was plentiful The staff were very polite and helpful. Good Hotel we'll be back!
