Nothing! Our stay there was perfect.

The grounds were absolutely gorgeous. My only regret was that we didn’t walk around more. There were several trails on the property that you could choose from, but we were too busy taking in other tourist attractions to enjoy them. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The room was very comfortable and clean. The two bars that we went to had very good craft cocktails, different from any I have seen. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again.

The hotel was beautiful had a feeling of calmness and serenity. The room was fabulous with stunning views overlooking the water. Breakfast was lovely. Everything was just perfect.

I knew when I booked Sheen Falls that it was going to be a wonderful trip, but this resort exceeded any expectations I had. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so kind and approachable. The food was extraordinary, the views and location were incredible, the room and facilties were absolutely amazing. The room was one of the highlights for me. We felt so taken care of the whole time and we were absolutely gutted to leave. We have decided to make this resort our go to place at least 3 times a year from now on, as we were just blown away. Stunning place, highly recommend it, and have told family and friends to stay here and experience how wondeful it was! We would LOVE to get married here in the future as I couldn't pick a better spot for it. Extremely happy with it overall. Thank you so much to all the staff during the stay - they made it even better for us.

The breakfast could be improved. We ordered Avocado sourdough toast from the cooked section and didn’t eat much of it, avocado was like a purée on a regular toast. This was the least impressive avocado toast we’ve tried. My friend didn’t like her Irish breakfast much either.

The location is stunning. The art around the whole hotel is amazingly beautiful, the mural at the main reception made us smile upon arrival. The staff are very accommodating and nice. The spa was also the nicest we have seen in Ireland so far, we had deep tissue massage there and really enjoyed sauna afterwards.

We loved everything!

Tranquil, Lovely staff, elegant decor, great art, beautiful grounds (very scenic), the food was fantastic, spacious rooms, great breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea. The spa was wonderful - best massage ever! Great jacuzzi and pool - very quiet.

Nothing at all. Everything was fantastic.

The room upgrade, followed by prosecco was a big surprise for us when we checked in. The room was exceptional, which I did not expect at all. Very spacious, comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. The food and drinks were delicious in both the sheen lounge and the stables brassiere. Both rooms were very cosy to drink and dine. The treatments and facilities at the spa were very nice and relaxing. All the staff from each department were very friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the windows

The room was amazing. However the windows in the bedroom were in bad need of a good clean. I expected better from a hotel with such a high standard. Also i found a diabetic needle bu the bureau which could have been fatal for a child. Otherwise our stay was amazing and we hope to return again very soon. Many Thanks Helen
