A sign may be helpful

Loved the location. It was a pleasure to look at the cows and farm. Home is elegant. Bathroom is very large , clean and elegant . Jerry is very personable and attentive. Fantastic breakfast that even had a restaurant type menu.

Having worked in the Audio Visual business for 40 years installing systems in Hotels and Guest Houses around the Country and staying in them I must give Brenda and her staff full marks . Her experience and attention to detail shines throughout this luxurious Guest House. Very welcoming, spotless throughout and bedrooms are very well kitted out with all the facilities that you would find in a top class facility. Her breakfasts are delicious 😋 with a great selection available. Well done and we highly recommend a stay here .

This is the perfect Irish B&B. The house is gorgeous with views from the bedroom onto green fields with cows grazing. Comfy beds with plush linens and serious quiet led to a great sleep. The best part though is the warm hospitality of the family that runs this house.

Brenda and Fiona were so lovely, great craic during breakfast, and so helpful with advice for pubs, restaurants, and sites to visit. The house and the room were fab with a lovely view, plenty of space, and very clean. Breakfast was great, and there were amenities to make tea in the room. The B&B is in a great location, walking distance to the town and the tourist sites in Boyle, and very close to Carrick on Shannon, eagles flying, Lough Key and other attractions. We can't wait to come back for our next visit to Boyle!

What a great stay!!! Brenda the owner of the B&B is fabulous!!! From the minute we arrived, she was so personable. She fixed us tea and coffee with a biscuit and slice of pie. She sat with us and chatted. Such a nice time. The room was large and lovely. Bed was comfortable with a nice size bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the other guests. Brenda was equally as lovely in the morning. We so enjoyed Brenda and our stay!! Thank you

Very nice lodging a short walk from the centre of the charming town of Boyle. Welcoming host, comfortable and large, well appointed room. Easy on site parking. Breakfast was very good.

We showed up after 7 in the evening which is a bit late.... It was a cold, wet day. Our hostess showed us to our room and turned on the electric blankets. I was thankful for them that evening. The previous lodger had messed the t.v. up so her son came up spent 10 minutes getting it all sorted. Large, well decorated room and bathroom, coffee facilities etc... We passed a very comfortable night. Breakfast was very good.

There was nothing we would change, only one tiny thing Google maps took us to the right location, but there was not a sign up so a little hard to find on that account.

First of all we were a late check in and a last minute booking - we needed to ask the host to let us in quite late and he was really accommodating gave us a warm welcome and explained where we could still get dinner in the town late in the evening. The room was fabulous with all amenities you could imagine, very clean, they had provided for every detail, iron, hair dryer, tea coffee, eye make up remover pads, shower caps, shampoo etc lots of hangers for clothes, TV. It was really quiet too. We had an excellent sleep, were greeted by lovely breakfast hosts who made us delicious breakfasts. We considered staying another night though not in our plans, however we had moved to another location so could not.

Don't let the fact that there's no sign in front put you off. They don't need to advertise.

A good Irish BnB just how you want it. Generous sized rooms, soft linens, super comfortable vibe. Barry's tea, not the awful Bewley's, and a good quality biscuit.
