Spacious and comfortable house with the most unbelievable location right beside the beach! Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Sunroom and spacious garden.

Given beautiful outdoors, a table outside or more than one chair would be nice. Friend found bed a bit hard. I used single bed much softer.

Fab location with white sandy beach at end of the garden. Bliss. Warm with central heating on.

Lack of amenities which were advertised on booking. Com site. House would need money spent on it to bring it up to modern standards. No toiletries ie. Soap, toilet paper, cleaning products, waste bags for rubbish. All showers would need a deep clean, photos can be supplied but they're not pleasant. No locks on bathroom and toilet doors, not good enough for mixed couples. Spider webs all over bathroom ceiling. On arrival host didn't answer my phone calls as we had issues about the amenities. Arrived at house the following day but ignored my concerns

only 1 shop in the town (very expensive) .. so make sure to do your shopping before you arrive .. would of been nice if the house had provided some condiments & tea & coffee & and a little carton of milk on arrival after a long journey .

Shower in main downstairs bathroom had very poor pressure. Took a long time for the hot water to come through. Not ideal for four adults. Not enough towels- only 5 bath towels and 2 hand towels for 6 adults and 1 child. No toiletries other than hand wash. Only one toilet roll per bathroom.

Missing plugs from sinks!

Wonderful for 3 generations of 14 people. Great location, great gardens with gates to the beach. Good bedroom and bathroom facilities. Good hot water and kitchen appliances

Accessibility to the beach was fantastic!! A really lovely spot. It was a good family sized home and we had such a lovely weekend.

Location was perfect with access from the garden to the beach, lovely secure back garden for the children with toys and a swing. House was spacious and warm with everything you would need provided. The location is quiet and felt safe.

No electric on arrival so house was freezing cold, no towels in bedrooms, no added extras like a small jar of milk, bread, shower gel etc. No added extras.

We were given 4 towels for 8 people. For a one night stay, I would expect shower gel, tea bags, a dishwasher tablet. There was nothing. Very basic. We were also cold overnight and 3 of the bedrooms did not have spare blankets.

The location is excellent with a gate from the back to the beach. Spacious house. Nice layout and conservatory .
