Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.

Comentario auténticoMuy espacioso y muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, pero lejos de la bulla.
Entendiendo es un hotel de gran categoria, creo que sus faltas se dan porque el personal no está capacitado y no hay nadie se haga responsable. Pedí una cama supletoria a las 16.00 llego a las 20.00, el segundo día no pusieron papel higiénico ni ninguna amenidad. Si bien había calentador de agua no repusieron té, café, y había un envase abierto y dejado ahí por otro cliente, por lo que se ve que el aseo fue por encima. Pedí un taxi a las 7;30 y llegó 7;50 y un taxi en pésimas condiciones, donde el conductor no nos ayudó ni a subir las maletas. Deberían contar con frigobar

Comentario auténticoLa ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de todos los puntos de interés. Caminando vas a todos lados. El personal que atiende fue muy atento y servicial. La habitación es grande y los baños también, tenía ducha y bañera. De todo el roadtrip que hice por Irlanda , el mejor hotel donde me hospede. Tienen parking en el mismo hotel y no se me hizo caro comparado con lo que hay en más hoteles.

Comentario auténticoTodo estupendo. Llegamos a las 12 y nos permitieron hacer un early check in. Dos habitaciones comunicadas, lo que para familias es maravilloso. En el desayuno muchas opciones, comunicamos la alergia alimentaria de una de mis hijas y fueron extremadamente cuidadosos, preparandole bollería separada para evitar cualquier contaminación. Genial localizado, a 15 min andando como mucho de todo. Repetiremos
