The shower was very weak strength and there was no mirror in the bedroom. Other than that everything was great!

The location was ideal, not far from Heuston station. The room was quiet and comfortable!

The room above us - omg they were stomping like a herd of bulls since 6am running around the room like crazy and it woke us up. Impossible to go back to bed then.

Very nice and friendly staff at the reception first and foremost! Spacious room. Loved the fireplace in our room. Check out was 12 - even though we check out around 10 it was nice to know we do have until 12 - most places we stayed over the years were 10.30 or 11. So this was lovely. Luggage storage available.

Noise from road, it's on a reasonably busy junction but not a major concern.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff on check-in.

    Noise from the upper floor.

The room was fine. Except that being an old building, there was some noise from the upper floor. Otherwise, it was fine. The reception staff was very friendly.

The hotel is situated in the corner of a main street and we could hear the cross light sound signal all night long.

Great location to visit Dublin and Phoenix park. The room was clean and well equipped. Bed were comfortable even though a little high. Breakfast was adequate.

Nothing major. Bar wasn't open but could have had a drink sent to the room if I'd been desperate. Also there's a pub a few doors down. Continental breakfast only but better for me than a full Irish and definitely better than trawling round for an alternative.

Great location, close to the fabulous Phoenix Park. Clean, spacious room and great value.

Only think that made me quit uncomfortable was our bathroom was facing the road and they could see straight in people passing in cars or walking as the window was not blurred out and the curtain that was their was very see-through and could still see so we had to put up a towel on the window so we didn’t feel as exposed

The location was great and the price was good as we only stayed for one night beds were comfortable and great location as Ubers could reach us and the train was only around the corner and staff were lovely.

The location was perfect beside the luas and Heuston train station, perfect for Dublin zoo and Phenix Park. Room was good, mattress very comfortable, great ensuite lovely shower and lots of hot water. Lovely staff, did have breakfast so cannot comment on it.

The hotel is in walking distance to the Guiness Storehouse and train and trams. The breakfast was typical European, enjoyed the food and the nice comfortable wingback chairs. They also held our bags before check in, which was a great help.
