The price for one night was €310 before lunch and dinner added to our stay. This is not price friendly. That 4pm check-in time is outrageous for families. Let guests instead check out at 10.30 am. It's not like we are having a lie in 🙃

Given how busy they were reservations for the restaurants was a struggle so would have booked beforehand had I have known. Also thought Scott's bar was on the pricier side. Only negative.

The facilities for families, the amount of things to keep them entertained with access to the Dino park after hours. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. There were 3 weddings on across the weekend we were there alongside other family events so they were always busy but they did an incredible job making everyone feel welcome. The little kid pack given to the kids upon check in was fantastic. We didnt take advantage of the kids club or evening events but we were able to fully relax and enjoy every minute.

Family friendly hotel. Jurassic Newpark is brilliant for all ages, we loved it last year and on return it’s been upgraded with even more adventures for the kids. A few days well spent!

Maybe the restaurant is bit busy. Bit of waiting but that was expected as was very busy. Staff were still very professional and food was excellent! So can’t really complain.

Clean and well run for how busy it can be. Staff so nice and accommodating. Kids were well occupied with all activities plus kids club in the evening.

We ordered a blt in terrace bar. It was on sourdough bread but it was v hard to eat it so that was the only downfall. It was nicely presented but just wasn't nice to eat.

The breakfast was excellent, great friendly staff. The pool was nice and clean. The bar food was very good also

Expensive for 3 nights (€1070) 2 adults, a 12 month old. Dinner should be included at that price not just the breakfast

Hotel & park is nice for children, staff are welcoming & friendly. Fish & chips was devine as was the lamb shank

The cold sandwiches at the kids 10 to 4 kids club session.. maybe a bowl of chips wud be better

The child facilities ie the session twice daily for the kids club. My son loved the newly built castle to play in..

Vol au vent starter was tasty but very small & dry as it lacked sauce. Main course was very tasty but food could have been hotter & asked for extra gravy twice & eventually got it about 15 mins later

Our room seemed a bit grubby and not clean. There was sand on our sheets and carpet seemed dirty. The alarm went off at 5.30 in the morning which gave my son a huge fright!

The staff were excellent. The camp was brilliant for my 6 year and lived the pool facilities! Jurassic Newpark was excellent.

Our towel holder by the sink was broken. The shower got water everywhere. I wouldn’t have minded a curb/door. Would have loved some veggie options at breakfast like broccoli or spinach.

Kids 5 and 8 loved the dinosaur park and kids club.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk from restaurants/pubs. That's not a deal breaker, but it is less than convenient.

Room was huge, shower was amazing. They left us champagne chilling in our room.

No Robes in room Only 1 of each toiletry, 2 of us in the room, when I asked for more they didn't arrive, 2 hours later had to go looking for shower gel and shampoo from cleaning staff to have a shower Broken toilet and machinery outside our window, not a great view after paying for a room upgrade! Noisy fridge in room, had to get up during the night to plug it out.

A fabulous stay! This is one of our favourite hotels! Room was a very generous size, food was devine and there was so much to do for our three children too. A trip to the spa is also highly recommended!
