We have a little issue with the heating but Lynda gave us a quick answer. She is so good!

The house is amazing. You can see that it was reformed and everything is new. The beds are so comfortable and all the spaces. The bathrooms are really good. No complaints at all! The best: the homemade bread that Lynda left us for breakfast!! So yummy!! 🤤

We absolutley loved this property. We stayed at six different places during our trip, and this was the most comfortable and homey. We loved being in a quiet, rural spot that was minutes to town. We had just returned from four super busy days in London, and this was the perfect place to reset from the busyness. The owner was amazing... super friendly, helpful, and made us the most delicious homemade bread I've had and left breakfast items and birthday treats for my daughter. Amazing in every way! Thank you so much, and we hope to return someday! Thank you!

No complaints, we loved it.

We loved our stay at Lynda's place. In fact it was our favourite accommodation in Ireland. After weeks of staying in tiny rooms with tiny bathrooms in other places the space at Lynda's was our first comment - big showers, big rooms and enough space to spread out. Netflix on the TV, extras to make your stay pleasant and a warm welcome from Lynda and her family (including the dogs and the chicken.) My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Great place, thanks for having us.

There were a couple downsides. I wasn’t fond of the loose wiring in the kitchen, but it looks like they haven’t finished with a remodel. Also, as nice as the surrounding open area is, it has quite a bit of trash. You can see it right out the window, but if you can look beyond it the view is nice. It just really doesn’t need to be there.

A lovely place to stay that is off the beaten path. It was a bit tricky to find, but the pictures the owner sent did help. I never met the host, but there really wasn’t a need. The security was excellent with a gate and code key to enter. The parking was plentiful and allowed us to park right at the front door. A nice living room greets you when you enter and just behind it is the kitchen. It is well equipped, had a dining table for four and was very clean. There were some small snacks in the fridge, which was nice, but not enough for a meal. We still went to breakfast (Seven Plates Restaurant in Kilcolgan) the next morning. The bedroom on the lower level was nice as well with a queen and a single bed plus 2 side tables with outlets. The bedding and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom on the lower level was also nice and has a walk-in shower with no door, which was nice for my elderly Mother. The stairs are a little steep heading to the upstairs, but that was expected. The upstairs room is also nice with a queen bed and comfortable bedding and pillows. There were also 2 side tables upstairs with outlets. The bathroom upstairs was just as nice with the walk-in, no door shower as well. The surroundings are open country and the views were pretty good. I would recommend a stay here, especially if only one couple wanted to climb stairs.

Property is inside a gated drive. Owner gave us instructions on how to get to the property and open the gated drive. She met us upon arrival, and showed us inside the property. Very helpful. She also left us a freshly baked loaf of bread and butter for our arrival.

Nothing, all great. The cooking facilities are pretty basic but it didn't bother us as we had all we needed for the two days.

The house was lovely and cosy and bedrooms were spacious for such a small house. The food and homemade bread were a lovely touch. The host was very helpful. The location is great for exploring Co. Clare
