Good option for reasonable price during high season. We had separate room with private bathroom and all facilities were on place.We didn't expect luxury accommodation and our room matched our expectations. Good location, shops and restaurants are nearby, self Check-in is well arranged. A littlebit noisy at night for those who sleep lightly..

Communication with the owner/staff was very bad and practically non existent. Any message sent was either ignored or not answered in full which created misunderstandings about the booking. There was also no way to phone to sort this out as calls were ignored. Which caused some stress on the day of arrival when the owner thought I had cancelled my booking which I had not. When travelling with family this is the kind of thing which could ruin your stay and is worrisome. With that said in the end the stay was pleasent due to the room, price, location and facilities compensating for this.

Shower

Location is ok. It's close to the city centre, though I didn't ike waking there during the night. Hygiene should be better. The shower is kind of a drag to get it working like it should. Beds were ok.

I left behind jewelry and no one will reply back to me to let me know how to go about collecting my lost items. It’s very frustrating and upsetting and for that alone I would put people off staying here.

Why? WHY? WHYY do you insist on having the cleaners coming into the room, shouting at each other at 8:30am when check out time isn’t until 10am! It’s absolutely unnecessary! Come into the room at 10:01 and you will still be ready for the next check in at 2!!!!!!

There is a lot of people in one room, and the space is very limited. There is one female and one male bathroom with very strict rules about showering and stuff, but you'll still be waiting for a while in the morning. Most of the tourist attractions are on the other side of the water, so be prepared to walk! The pillows were pretty much non-existent and there is not nearly enough room in the breakfast room for all the guests.

There was free breakfast, which wasn't advertised, so a nice surprise. The little breakfast area was pretty nice. I like that the doors have a code so there's no chance of you losing your keycard or anything.

Hair left on wall of shower from previous people so coulda been cleaned a bit better. But other than that it was clean.

Cool location, able to walk to shops and restaurants, though the street could use some cleaning up in that part of town. Clean entryway and rooms were nice size.

It was my first time but was all comfortable and a good hostel, especially the kitchen and dinner room.even the security and silence . I read they have breakfast, but I checked out earlier. I suggest adding more rooms if possible bc I see lots of people asking for rooms. Thanks for your service I will book next time and recommend too.
