United KingdomNo breakfast !!!! . I went for a pt of Guinness on the Fri night in the hotel but there were issues with the Guinness and I refused to have it . I was offered another option but wasn't interested. You have below "did the property meet my expectations " not sure I can answer that . Like I said above the rm was clean that's it .

Breakfast wasn't included, room was comfortable and warm and location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

IrelandDisappointed when I arrived that morning to be told I wouldn't get the room until 2pm. Especially as I had rang the night before explaining that I was coming from West cork for a wedding in ardfert at 12.30, and was assured I would get the room when I arrived. As my daughter and her partner had been there the night before, I had to use her room which are small and 4 adults to shower, change and dress with only one set of towels which were already wet from them from the night before. And then come back again after ceremony to move all the clothes to our room.

IrelandThe parking spaces is very tight. The extractor fan for the shower is loud enough to disturb everyone in a 200m radius
The guy I met when I went in and showed me to my room, he was really really friendly, I'd hire him if I had a company. Room was clean, neat, and bed was comfy and the sheets fitted the blanket perfectly.
