There is no bellman to assist with luggage and it was a bit tough getting our bags to our room.

The rooms are magnificent. The decor is earthy and fun. Great colors and artwork. The dining area is gorgeous. The food is very good and the grounds are amazing.

Service in restaurant was a little slow at breakfast. Evening meal not as good as previous visits. But they had a wedding on so probably under pressure. Wouldn't put me off going again

It was gorgeous weather. Such a relaxing spot. Nice grounds, lovely pool and outdoor bar. Bed really comfy, blackout curtains and air con. Had a great sleep !

Left waiting 45min for a drink during the day, staff were unorganised and were bring wrong drink/food to tables. Really unsure where they were going

Bar / restaurant areas could have been cleaner. I think if this was improved it would have made it a 10/10 stay. It’s such a luxurious stay so would have expected the dining experience to match this.

Very unique stay perfect for a relaxing getaway. Pool and outdoor tub facilities were excellent and very clean. Bedrooms so comfortable, spacious and clean also.

Service. Couldn't make reservation online beforehand for restaurant as it stated no availability but was offered at check in so I made other plans. service left a bad taste for alot of guests A day 2 celebration part caused alot of confusion. a day 2 wedding party was taking place from the day previous. Staff seemed stretched. The private use of the outside bar was causing alot of confusion for other hotel patrons on such a nice weekend when people wanted to be outside, simple signage at entrance for private function and not just on the tables would have cleared alot up and people would have understood. Sending staff around for others outside on such a sunny day would take pressure off the bar and made a nuch better impression on service standards. After being sent into the restaurant bar they wouldn't take orders either people were being sent from one location to another. lunch menu is great, amazing food. The dinner menu could do with same variety. More hot food snack.options in the bar would be a good idea

Really noisy rooms we could hear dogs barking next door. Would be beneficial if hot tubs were sheltered as I feel €50 was very dear to be sitting in a hot tub in the lashing rain. Would be great if there was a sauna/relaxation area indoors. We were almost charged twice for the hot tub only I had questioned it on checkout, as we weren’t given a receipt, which I found strange.

The board games are all broken and there are hardly any pieces left in them. Need to be replaced!
