Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaIt’s obvious it’s a pub first and accomodation second which is okay but the whole area is terribly noisy at night especially when they put out the empty beer barrels out at 4.30am which really made sleeping a nightmare. Be prepared for a massive walk from the suggested car park if your driving and just an unloading area would be worth them investigating in?
Location was fantastic in the heart of Galway and easy to get around the city centre! The pub is sensational with great staff who, whether it be for dinner or brekky were just easy! Room was comfortable and you don’t spend a lot of time it was okay.

It's a nice Irish pub with good food and good live music with friendly staff what more could you want? When you do decide to go to bed, it's actually much quieter than I expected (you can hear music, but it's not disturbing - and I'm a very light sleeper). Breakfast was good too.
