The breakfast was very good. One of best in any hotel I’ve been to.

Nothing worthy of a moan in all honesty. €28 for a mimosa is a bit steep however. Last time I was in Monaco, it didn’t even cost that…

Suite was spacious and room service was delicious and quick!

Could do with upgrades in certain areas

Really great location in a beautiful part of Dublin. Rooms were luxurious and spacious. All staff were professional and polite. Facilities excellent and parking on site. Just check you aren’t being charged for valet parking. This wasn’t immediately obvious.

Clearer signs that I would be charged for valet parking

Clean, spacious and friendly front desk and concierge staff

Obviously there was a vip staying on level 4 which my family found uncomfortable for the fact security sat in the hall on iPads and cameras were placed at all exits. My kids felt a bit scared.

Beautiful hotel and stunning rooms! Breakfast was top class.

Staff were a bit all over the place. Had to wait a long time for food. Staff didn’t seem to be attentive. Lady at spa was so rude. Pool time was 9:30 for kids, we came down at 9:20 with our autistic daughter. There was nobody in the pool and she made us wait to 9:30! Horrible behaviour.

Good and polite staff, clean and spacious rooms, breakfast can be better to compare with 5 star!!

It was music event in Glasglow so the room rates were double.

The bedroom was very disappointing, the carpet had mites and was worn away, no coutisy bar. No turn back of beds. Desperately needs up grading .
