Nothing worthy of a moan in all honesty. €28 for a mimosa is a bit steep however. Last time I was in Monaco, it didn’t even cost that…

The breakfast was very good. One of best in any hotel I’ve been to.

Obviously there was a vip staying on level 4 which my family found uncomfortable for the fact security sat in the hall on iPads and cameras were placed at all exits. My kids felt a bit scared.

Clean, spacious and friendly front desk and concierge staff

Staff were a bit all over the place. Had to wait a long time for food. Staff didn’t seem to be attentive. Lady at spa was so rude. Pool time was 9:30 for kids, we came down at 9:20 with our autistic daughter. There was nobody in the pool and she made us wait to 9:30! Horrible behaviour.

Beautiful hotel and stunning rooms! Breakfast was top class.

Their boxed breakfast was nothing near what you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber, it was quite disappointing. Their massages also weren’t as good as I had expected.

The lobby restraunt and the breakfast room were understaffed by poorly trained servers. Getting g service was a struggle most of the time. It was understandable that they were under preassure on the Sunday morning of the match, but on the other 2 days there was no real excuse.

Great hotel in a great location. The young man cleaning our room on the 4th floor was really friendly and a credit to the hotel.
