Very peaceful, quiet area. Only 20mins to Kilkenny. Delicious cooked Irish breakfast in the morning. We were greeted with apple pie upon arrival :)

Located in farmland 30 minutes from Kilkenny, Cradog farmstay was a perfect way to relax after a hectic day/evening touring Kilkenny. So peaceful at night, wonderful to wake up and see the cows in the paddock and hear the birdsong. The breakfast was superb! Lily ensured all our needs were fulfilled and provided helpful hints for our journey onwards. Highly recommend Cradog to those seeking the quiet life.

Great, friendly host + cute place = perfect stay

It was such a cozy and welcoming start to my vacation. Very kind host who gave me a lot of guidance on driving through the Irish countryside and who cooked a delicious breakfast - honestly, the best of all the places I stayed on my trip. I loved the tranquility and comfort of the property.

The wifi never worked during my stay, but I was tired and wasn't doing much at the property besides sleeping, so it wasn't a problem.

Ensuit bathroom was good hiwever shower was slightly small.

The hosts were extremely accommodating and kind, and made a fabulous full Irish for breakfast. Lovely to chat to other guests over breakfast as well.

Some of the fittings were outdated eg shower was loud, and the drive is a bit on the longer side to get into Kilkenny. Not a huge amount of recommendations for places to eat in the town.

Loved the homely atmosphere and rural surroundings.

We stayed one night in this amazing B&B, the hosts were super nice, it was easy to find, and we had a heated bed :) Definitely recommended.

This B&B proved to be a perfect final spot during our roadtrip through Ireland: a very cosy and peaceful B&B with the Irish hospitality we have come to appreciate. Lil is a kind and gracious hostess who provides a stunningly rich breakfast: especially the pancakes. Our apologies for forgetting to write in your guestbook!

We had a delightful stay. Lil was very kind & attentive.

The bathroom light was broken, the shower door was broken & the shower didn’t drain well.

The irish breakfast was excellent, scones were excellents.

Very, very aged B&B. Everything is old and in poor comdition. Beds not comfortable, bathroom is terrible. A huge spider came out of the shower head when we started to shower. Host did switch one of our rooms when we were absent as she said she did allocate us the wrong room. She simply went into our room, took all our belongings and moved it to another room!! Host communication was difficult as irish accent difficultnto understand for foreigners.

Host super Hospitable, location was good, the house it's fantastic! You can really breath Irish house Atmosphere. Breakfast delicious.

The breakfast was excellent,the countryside is gorgeous,and our hosts were lovely people who couldn't do enough for you,and the beds were so cosy and clean to sleep.A nice little local pub very near too.

Lovely place, as quiet as you would expect from the location, a classic B and B with such a warm welcome from Lil and a choice of breakfast which was enough food to keep you going all day.
