Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandFor us the six bed pod was too small. In hindsight I would have booked for bed because they were the same size structurally so we might have had a little bit more floor space. When booking the six bed I assumed it would be a bigger pod. We had an 18-month-old baby with us and it wasn't very suitable because the bottom bunk is still very high off the ground, there was very little floor space for him to play and it was hard to change him in the hut because we had to sit on the bottom bunk and hit our heads after the top bunk! However the mattresses were very comfortable and it was extremely clean. Just not the right size for our family (2 ad 3 kids) my husband is very tall and struggled with the bunk beds. The lovely people that run the site did give us a bed Rail on our first morning there which absolutely helped but we still didn't feel like we could sleep properly as still had a fear of the baby hurting himself. We did bring our travel but it wouldn't fit in the pod.
The staff couldn't be any more friendly and the location is fantastic being walkable to a pub a cafe and a really well stocked garage! The beaches surrounding the area that we're all within a 10 minute drive are absolutely beautiful! Sandy pet farm around the corner was an absolutely brilliant day with the kids! Very good location if you want to see Inch, Tralee, Dingle and Annascaul. The kitchen facilities fantastic it was actually the best campers kitchen and communal area we have come across on any campsite throughout Ireland. Overall it was an absolutely fantastic site! The toilet facilities and shower facilities were extremely clean and also plentiful so you never felt like you had to wait to use a facility. The cafe on site was beautiful so much space brilliant staff and fantastic food.

IrelandIf there was access to a tumble dryer for wet togs etc. One of those ones you can put coins in it would be handy.
Central location to travel the Dingle Peninsula. Friendly staff gave tips and ideas on itinerary for the day. The smores in the teepee tent were a hit with the kids. Ashes bar on the corner a short stroll away.

IrelandNothing!!
Everything, the pods are clean & tidy & great fun to stay in with a group of friends. The communal areas are clean & tidy. There is kettles, toasters, tea, milk, coffee, sugar, a hot plate & air fryer for all to use. The cafe next door caters for breakfast & lunch (and much needed coffee for some). The garage is convenient & only a 2 min walk away. The Camp beach is a short drive or walk on a dry day, which is magic. Then the Junction bar do lovely food & is a 3min drive away. The pods are dry & warm at night & well lite walking area for middle of the night toilet stops. Caitlin was their to meet and greet us to show us all the facilities. We met Tommy in the morning who was keen to get feedback on our experience. Thank you so much, we’ll be back!

IrelandWe stayed at this lovely holiday home for just one night, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the property. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was welcoming and responsive. The home was beautifully furnished, with cozy touches that made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped for a short stay, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities like tea, coffee, and toiletries. Even though our visit was brief, we had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The surroundings were peaceful, and the location was convenient — perfect for a quick escape from the city. We would definitely love to return for a longer stay next time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to unwind!
