The location of the guest house is ideal. A short walk to the beach, amusements, eateriesand the ocean sands hotel. The breakfast in the hotel was superb, there was an iron, ironing board, hairdryer all supplied

IrelandRoom definitely needs a touch up, there was only one light in the room and this was at the back of the bed, very odd, no overhead light, no lamps, only one socket, window in bedroom needs repair and maybe black out curtains. Also the walls need paint, looks like it has not been painted in years. There is a remote control for the television which I don't think has been cleaned in years. These are minor things that can be fixed easily.
The guest house was central, breakfast was in the hotel and it was really good, plenty of choice. There were plenty of towels in the room, bed was very comfortable. Lovely guest room to sit in, very quiet place, beautiful floors

IrelandCheck in was delayed even though we were there after 3pm. The reception said that house keeping was not ready yet. There was a bit of a disconnect between hotel and guest house. I would probably book the hotel instead of the guest house in the future.
Breakfast is in the Hotel and not in the BnB. We didnt avail of the breakfast as we didnt get up on time , we were at a wedding the night before.

IrelandTowels could do with a good checking. Lower floor room you could hear people goin up and down the stairs. Ask for room on top floor. Other guests letting the front door bang not b&b problem but maybe need a sign or something. You have to book in at the ocean sands hotel and check out too and have breakfast at the hotel. On the day I was there the hot food bar could have down with a lot of filling up and the juices too.
Location was good. Showers and selection of lovely toiletries available. Nice staff.
