Parking was very tight in hotel car park, not much room to manouver. Would have preferred a room with a view not one that overlooked the carpark.

Loved the comfortable seating lounge in Lobby area, adjacent to bar and overlooking the street. Ability to walk along the waterfront. Good food in the restaurant. A relaxing hotel for a break and in walking distance of the beautiful gardens of Wesport House which is open to the public.

The parking is dreadful in the hotel very disappointed, would not use this hotel for this reason going forward. Especially after driving 3.5 hours to get there. The stress of wondering if the car safe is not worth it. Notice up for parents to keep kids under control, especially in dining rooms, would certainly be a good policy, children running around where you have hot food and no respect for other guests in the hotel. This is heath and safety. Dining times for parents and children could be 6.30 to 7.30 and adults only 7.30pm and after, It's not the children's fault. it's the parents. Parents can't just seem to correct kids anymore.. As a result, the holiday was not a relaxing few days away at a cost of €1.000 plus.

Westport is beautiful. Everything about the area is fantastic. Hotel food and staff excellent. You need a car to get around.

A great hotel.should be 5 star. Perfect location with lots of cafes and shops nearby..taxi to westport village just 5 mins and 10 euros. Spa area fabulous. Many thanks to dawn. Robert at reception was extremely helpful and professional. Room's comfy beds comfy..restaurant had a great atmosphere and great food. Breakfast on the 4th floor was exceptional with great service and views

Arrival at the hotel was off putting with small and very noisy kids racing around reception and bar area. Service at the restaurant was not the best. The staff were under pressure (BH weekend) and didn’t communicate well to each other.

Rooms were very nice, really comfortable and very well soundproofed. The pool and spa facilities were also fantastic.

Hotel car parking spaces were very tight. Had to do a nine point turn to try to get out of some spaces

Breakfast is fantastic such a variety to choose from and we were certainly not disappointed. Our room overlooked the quay and was bright roomy and clean. We had dinner in Lu Seas on one of the nights we stayed and it was very good. There is a great vibe throughout the hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a seaweed bath in the spa which was a great experience. Really good hotel with great facilities would definitely recommend.

The room was very warm even with the windows wide open.

Beautiful location overlooking the bay with a fabulous restaurant and wonderful shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is tight but still accessible.

Unfortunately the car parking is inadequate - spaces are small and not enough of.

Decor was up to date, tasteful, beds comfortable, rooms provided with complimentary water and fridge. Lovely pool facilities. Sadly I didn't get to sample the Spa facilities.
