No issues from me. Bear in mind the hotel is very rural - not in a town - so you’ll need a car to get places.

It’s a perfect hotel for exploring north west Donegal. It’s a short drive to the beach in one direction and the mountains in the other. Room was large, comfortable and clean. The pool and spa facilities are nice. Lovely food at Fara Óg restaurant. It’s a good spot for families with kids or if you want a quiet getaway. Make sure to go to the beach in Bun Beag - beautiful. And the drive along the shore up by Cnoc Fola is very scenic.

Would be nice if the windows could open a small bit. Would like a heads-up that we were getting a disabled room as the bathroom is laid out differently.

Room was gorgeous, staff were so friendly and accomodating to us. Very handy having a restaurant and bar there. Stunning views of the mountains.

Think info that poached eggs are available with crushed avocado maybe. Salami cheeses yogurts rather than fry. Guinness was beautiful The bar closest to hotel not the big bar needs warmth...too clinical Otherwise fab stay

Stunning location for exploring the north west. Plenty of car parking with on site leisure facilities and a great restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff. Would have loved a family lounge area where adults and kids could unwind in the evenings.On our visit the only bar open was fara ogs(which is a great spot) but would have been nice for somewhere with tables and chairs for families to chill out in the evenings without the worry of disturbing other families eating in the restaurant. I found the hotel lobby too formal for my 2 kids.We had a great 2 night stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting a luxury hotel with everything on site for a quick getaway.The food we ate in fara ogs was excellent. Not the biggest menu but was really tasty. Would recommend to anyone wanting a luxury hotel with everything on site for a quick getaway.

We could not get anything to eat when we checked in late after a very long drive. When the Reception staff called me to check our booking, I explained that we would be late checking in but there was no mention that the restaurant/food would not be available. It would have been useful to know so we could have made alternative arrangements.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and good standard. Dinner in Fara Ogs was exceptional. Loved this restaurant - great atmosphere, great food, good scenery and lovely staff.

There is not much to do (except the zoo) in the direct surrounding of the hotel itself.

As a family of four we spent here 2 nights on our irish round trip and were completely satisfied with the service, rooms, and the food. Once a week there is live music event in the hotel bar. A family room have 3 separate beds.
