Not much, maybe a mini fridge would’ve been nice. In retrospect it was a bit of a walk from downtown but not too bad. I knew that when I booked it. We got our steps in!

Compared to what I have been paying in Dublin etc, for 1 night, I thought it was a little pricey for what it was.

Shower is very small, small shower head leaked so pressure was weak, lots of doors that don't stay open - need more doorstops.

Leaving key on counter when leaving. I'd feel better leaving a key in an actual box or container than just loosely on the counter (which is where I think the sign said to leave it)

The room was small, difficult to find a place to put 2 suitcases. Our room window faced a main walkway and unless the blinds were closed everyone had full view of our room. Suggest to add some sheers as the only blinds were blackout so either you have no light or full view from passerbyers. The blackout blinds blocked any airflow from outside and it was very warm in the room at night. Small shower.

The room was comfortable, clean and modern and the staff were friendly. We appreciated the provided water and coffee service. It was great that being a townhouse it had a private entrance on the ground level.

The room was not a room but a tiny attic with a hatch in the roof instead of a window. They have different photos for single rooms, and most of them look much bigger and nicer. If I opened my suitcase, I couldn't open the toilet door No parking in the yard was available, I had to park in the street, very stressfull

Tiny room downstairs with no outside view. Expensive for what it is but then completely in line with other central Galway prices so a good deal if looking for location and as cheap as it's possible to go!

There was a miscommunication about needing a ground floor room, but the staff were very helpful and cleared that up. This venue didn't provide breakfast, but you can get an excellent one at the Huntsman restaurant down the road.

The family room on the ground floor was lovely.

No breakfast service. I had never stayed in such accomodation before but it was an experince. I was very glad that I could sleep in the bottom bunk the idea of being 84 and claiming to the top bunk was an adventure a hill too far

Important to know that some of the rooms are actually outside of the main house and in the lane way at the back. This wouldn’t necessarily be a problem but it was unexpected and considering the price, not ideal. Our room did not have natural light or real windows and the only ventilation was a small window in the bathroom.

Good location! Easy to check in and there was free parking if you could get a spot in time.

We were hoping to be in 2 rooms next to each other. The single room with a double bed was very tight on space, so we needed to modify our room. 4 was accommodating, but we were outside of the main building further away from family members in the other room.

The location was excellent as it was very close to Eyre Square and was a short 5 minute walk. The facilities were fine and clean.
