Because of industrial development international gusset are planning for business purpose. i came from India & i am 100 % vegetarian so I am not getting proper food for me. plz plan it as per international std.

Towel smell weird, maybe not dry completely and cleanliness was a bit...... When I first check in there was hair and condom wrap in the floor but housekeeping team directly come and clean it after I've called. On the 2nd and 3rd day I still find hair in the floor and bed (short black hair not mine). Card key can not easily open the door, both elevator and room, need time and try couple times first before can connect with system.

Location easy to find and near shopping center. Also reception can accept delivery from outside hotel. WIFI connected well even though everyday we need to login wifi. Food option not bad, not much meat option for breakfast.

Need to change the shower curtain

Room is clean and the hotel location is superb. Onsen is available at 10th floor (Male Only). However, there was no instruction from the property management requiring the users to shower before dipping into the Onsen which I am quite concerned due to cleanliness and health issue especially after COVID 19 pandemic. Suggestion: The Hotel Management should add the requirement for the Onsen user to shower/clean up prior utilizing it for hygiene reasons. Starbucks and McDonalds are just around the corner (1 mins walking distance). Super convenience. Starbucks opens from 7am.

(1) I was ready to pay in USD but that facility does not accept USD. Only IDR is accepted. (2) There was no proper slope given in the bathroom and sink areas so drainage of water was not smooth.

(1) Supportive staff: Though I had no enough IDR for whole 3 nights, the receptionist accepted that for one night and asked me to pay the remaining the next day. (2) Breakfast quality was really good. (3) They say cycles are free of charge. However, I regret not to use them because of tight schedule of mine. (4) The bluebird facility was made available readily by the receptionist while checking out and going to the airport.

If it had a swimming pool then this would walk all over every hotel in the Cikarang area as all the other hotels( Jabebeka in particular, been in a few good ones)do not have the surrounding shops and restaurants, staying somewhere when working away is not just about the hotel but walking about too and this hotel is perfect in Cikarang for a BULE to wander about or take quick taxi journeys. It's not trying to be luxurious with all kinds of fancy things and by doing that has reached a level of excellence on a simple level. Would only fault no fridge in room for ice and to store a bottle of white wine from the shop next door, then again a bucket of ice is £1 or rp 20,000 Just checked out and find myself staying for two more beers in the lounge/restaurant..... says a lot. They sell Bintang in small bottles ICE COLD in ICE-COLD glasses, best I've had anywhere. Very near a very good supermarket with beer and a wine shop and loads of food outlets from Padang to McDonald's. WiFi is fast. Staff are great. A simple clean bright colourful hotel.
