Occasional power outages and mosquitoes affected overall experience, but I understand these are mostly outside of the resort's control.

I find that staff members were exceptionally professional, courteous and friendly. Compact resort with good vibes.

Nothing!! I honestly can’t fault this property.

This place is incredible. It is a destination in itself. It has fantastic dining options as well as a gym, spa, several pools and laundry facilities. It is extremely close to the beach. For breakfast (which was included in the cost of our accommodation) we could choose a hot beverage, like a coffee, a juice and anything from the breakfast menu, which was à la carte. The coffee was Australian quality and every meal was delicious. The lunch and dining options were very reasonably priced (and government taxes and charges were included, so nothing extra to pay). We really enjoyed the acoustic music nights and the chilled atmosphere at the property. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and my husband and I were just so thrilled with our 7 nights stay at Zin.

We had some wonderful days at this hidden hideaway. Beautifully set in a lush garden it is perfect to wind down after a busy Canggu.or beach day. Super friendly staff and excellent atmosphere within the resort. 🙏

The location is close to the beach in the heart of Canggu. It is an open conceptwith various pools (every few rooms seem to have their own little pool). Also features open workspace concept, gym and a restaurant with plenty of local and healthy options

Zin-credible Stay – Hospitality with a Side of Magic! If I could give Zin Resorts more than 5 stars, I would. Maybe even a constellation. From the moment we checked in, it felt less like arriving at a hotel and more like walking into a warm hug... served with a welcome drink and a flawless smile. The staff? Absolute legends. Friendly, attentive, and somehow always around right when you need them — it’s like they’ve mastered the ancient art of mind reading. Whether it was remembering our coffee order, offering the best local tips, or just checking in with a genuine “How’s your day?” — they made us feel like royalty (but the chill, flip-flops kind). (Pro tip: Try out their amazing Espresso Martini!) Doddy and Rita were remarkable. The service was so good, we started to suspect there was a secret hospitality Hogwarts somewhere nearby — The best part- no phones in the room, but everything is done on whatsapp and the response time is next to super-efficient! Absolutely amazing! Zin is not just a resort — it’s an experience. A beautiful, tropical, soul-refreshing escape made unforgettable by a team who clearly loves what they do. Thank you for making our stay ridiculously amazing. I wouldn't mind working remotely at their amazing Business Centre. Already planning our next trip back — you’ve officially spoiled us!

The room could have been in a better location for us as we were stuck on the corner of the pool, but it wasn’t the end of the world given we were staying such a short time

The location and facilities were both exceptional. We were so surprised when we pulled up outside to find a vibrant, buzzy bar, restaurant, workspace, and gym all attached to the hotel with a real mix of people. The atmosphere was electric! The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach, which had the nicest vibe, and we were sad to be leaving after only two days to head to Uluwatu.

Noise coming from somewhere outside of the hotel in the early morning, I was ok with ear plugs but if you’re a light sleeper this could be a problem- sound proof windows are needed. A bad smell in the room coming from outside Beds around pool aren’t comfortable they need a cushion added to them.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the hotel has a spa, gym and cafe. You can get food delivered to the pool or your room. The complimentary breakfast choices were outstanding especially the French toast.Perfect location. I did Pilates and reformer nearly every day, very responsibly priced and good instructors. The gym could do with more machines as it only has 1 treadmill, could also be nice to offer PT sessions at a additional charge

Noise: not from clubs around, but there is lots of passage in the corridors (sign telling people to be quiet at night could maybe help), automatic zen music in the facilities, lots of work from the staff who uses talky walkies which get easily noisy.

ZIN is like a little oasis in Canggu - the property gardens, pool and cafe area were great, the gym, spa and facilities were excellent and the room was lovely and really well appointed. The property is well located, close to the beach and for exploring the town. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Canguu, thanks for a great stay :)

The only negative thing is that you can hear everything from the beach clubs. If you are a light sleeper I don’t think earplugs would be enough

Everything - the Junior Suite was sooo good. The balcony overlooking the sea, the huge room, the bed was super comfy, the staff was a delight. The sunset swimming pool is fantastic And the free foot massage and gym class was fab Also the restaurant is very good and there is such a lovely vibe.

I had a wonderful stay at ZIN! I worked in the mornings and they have amazing facilities for that, and I relaxed in the afternoon: I loved the spa, all the food (it's so good!) and the proximity to the beach. Clean spacious rooms, all amenities you would expect, clean pools and the most friendly staff! I will be back and would 100% recommend this spot, both for cowork and holiday.

That you can only buy your cocktail at 8 to 9 as I think you should be able to get your complementary cocktail anytime of the day but it was a beautiful place

Staying at ZIN was an amazing experience! The breakfast was absolutely the best I had in Bali – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. My room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, and the garden was simply astonishing – so peaceful and lush, like a little oasis. The hotel is just a short walk from a beautiful beach, which made it easy to enjoy sunrise or sunset by the ocean every day. The atmosphere at ZIN is calm and inspiring – I felt relaxed and at home the entire time. I will definitely come back next time I visit Bali. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! This has been our favourite stay during our Bali trip. From start to finish, the staff was exceptional - very helpful and accommodating, perfect communication. The resort itself is also wonderful with great facilities: nice new rooms (we had the ocean view, located in the newest building), lovely pools, best breakfast ever with very good coffee, very good massages in the spa. Also, great location within Canggu.
