Really nice place to stay. The lovely greenery within the place and around the pool with the added touch of little fishes in small ponds was a nice touch and you get some privacy within the place even with sharing the center area with other guests. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location was great and close and not to noisy either. Staff were lovely and attentive and fixed an issue with our A/C immediately 10/10 recommend.

Excellent location- on a side street next door to the main busy area, so it is a quiet oasis to retreat to, but super convenient. Clean, comfortable rooms with AC, stylishly decorated. Provide mineral water to refill your bottles. Very friendly and helpful staff.

ZiFa Mandalika is for sure one of the best place to stay in Kuta! Believe me, I have seen others and they are way far to this one! It’s a cozy place, nice bungalows and double rooms ( we booked both) , it’s clean and they make the room every day if you want. The staff is very kind! We arrived at 1am due to delayed flight and they have waited for us and helped through WhatsApp. Also very kind with everything else during our stay! This is the place where we would come back if again in Lombok! Thank you ZiFa Mandalika !! Continue like this to many sin your nice bungalows and rooms! Nice pool too!

Alleyway walking alone was a little dark in the early mornings to surf or returning from dinner. Sometimes gate was closed in the morning (understandable). Occasionally got bitten by mosquitos in my sleep... I tried to cover the bathroom drains in case that was the cause, but maybe mosquito nets would be helpful. I know this is not a hotel-specific issue... all of them have it :) Wish the boys working at the hotel had more to do during the day... felt like they were sitting around or sweeping often when I was trying to relax by the pool. They were very friendly, just less relaxing when it feels like you have an audience. A few extra pillows would have been nice.

Location was amazing! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. BEST bathroom I've had in all of my travels in Indonesia. Air conditioning worked GREAT! Will definitely be recommending to friends or considering staying again if I ever return.

The room was very clean, and it was very quite. It is well isolated, so even though you are in the centre of Kuta, you don’t get woken up by party noises or early prayers. The owner was very helpful and kind during our stay. There is free mineral water to refill your own bottles. There was soap, toothbrushes (in packaging), slippers and other necessities. Considering the location, this place is really cheap for what you get. If I ever come back to Kuta, I will definitely try to book here again, but I wouldn’t be surprised that they will be full, because it’s just such a great place to stay!

Everything about this place is great! The room was stunning, pool was so nice. The location is also super central. The staff are incredibly sweet. I had an upset stomach and they made me a herbal ginger tea, and I woke up feeling better. Thankyou so much

Im so glad I chose this place to stay. As a solo female traveller, I was nervous however I was surprise by how easy it was to get to places from my hotel(restaurants, bars, atm, beaches nearby). Special thanks to staff who tried to accommodate me whilst I stayed.

The wifi doesn’t work well in the rooms. However if you sit by the pool or reception, the wifi is strong.

Everything was amazing, definitely great value for money. I love the free water you can keep refilling. The staff were so friendly and always available to help you. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is just off the main strip.

The location of the property is great. You are close to great restaurants and other amenities ( mini mart etc). You barely hear the sounds from The mosque so it allows for good sleep.

They had a problem with water coming into the room, but it wasn't that bad. They closed for some time to solve the problem.

Very clean room with a comfortable bed. (double room) We had a water boiler in our room, which was really useful. Friendly and helpful staff.
