I was ill and hotel staff helped me to buy medicine from the pharmacy. The hotel is value for money looking at its price. The bed was only queen size bed, but it is comfortable and I was being provided 2 extra pillows due to low peak season.

GermanyBathroom design is a bit unpractical asit gets very wet if you shower. we had a cockroach in our bathroom, despite cleanliness. Unfortunately, and that's not the hotels fault, the other people (Malay and Indonesians) have been incredibly loud outside, beginning from 5am in the morning. absolute zero manners.
Very friendly and attentive service. Daily cleaning if wanted. Tried to accommodate everything. Room sice was good. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in a hotel. TV, amenities, close to PVJ

MalaysiaWe can hear the voice from outside, such as vehicle, I didn’t sleep well, I was staying in the first floor and I can hear motorbike sounds and cars quite loud.
Location is perfect, close to cihampelas and many shopping area near by, such as pvj, paskal food market and many more. Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Price very reasonable.

Room is quite spacious, clean, wifi worked very well. Excellent service from all friendly staff. Though hairdryer is not provided in the room, but when I asked for it, the staff sent it right away to my room. Also iron & the iron board when we needed it. Location is great, easy to get online taxi from here, and only few steps away there is minimarket. Breakfast is just okay, anyway we preferred to go out to explore.
