Didn't realize that it is in a lane way so you couldn't get car access to be dropped off or picked up. Difficult if you have lots of luggage. Room was very inexpensive but very, very basic.

Location was great for shopping and access to so many restaurants Getting there was challenging but they organized a wonderful driver to take me to Canggu when I left

There was no refrigerator in the room and there is no elevator to access the upper floors, you have to use the stairs. Pool is very small, breakfast is simple

The street where the hotel is located in Ubud city center, close to Monkey Forest Street, is closed to traffic and a street market is set up during the day.

Would have been perfect BUT the bathroom smelled like humidity, the door didn’t close and the toilet was blocked :S so that took couple of points

The only negative we have was the WiFi. To be honest it was across the whole island in my opinion data and WiFi appeared glitchy.

Yuni’s house was amazing gem in Ubud. Central to everything- in the market, across from the palace,15 min walk to the monkey forest. The breakfast was delicious especially the omelette. Bed was comfortable too. Suda was very helpful he organised for our transfer to Nusa Lembongan, which was handy and smooth.

A small fridge in the room would have been appreciated. Although it was not of concern to me some may have preferred a tv as well.

Location right in the midst of the Ubud Markets was perfect. Once inside it was quiet and peaceful. The room was basic but fine for our short stay. The pool was cold but this suited us fine after a hot and muggy day out exploring. Breakfast was simple, tasty and delivered on time.

The only downside was that we booked a stay with breakfast included for two adults and one child. However, upon arrival, we were informed that breakfast was only included for two people, and we had to pay extra for tea and bread with butter and jam for our child. This was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was fine.

The accommodation was good for the price we paid, and the location was excellent, right in the heart of the Ubud Art Market.

There was no safe for personal belongings and no fridge to keep bottled water cold. Bed was extremely noisy to even just sit on it.

It centrally located to the Ubud market area. Cars can’t come down the ally but it is close enough to the main road it didn’t matter. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Asking what our plans were for the day and if we needed any help organising a driver or activity. Breakfast was good based on your choices from the menu.

A little dirty. Entrance to the hotel could be better/cleaner

The hotel was perfectly situated. The hotel's entrance appears abandoned, could be better maintained. Not very clean bedding, but the bed was fine/comfy. The room was large. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ended up leaving a day before. For the money, it was good though!

Be prepared to carry your own luggage up lots of stairs. We were on the 3rd level. Pool is very small. Basic accommodation. Small , dark room.

I stayed in room 10, and I could only get the WIFI signal if I stood near the bedroom door and not further in. The room/sheets/towels also had a musty smell when I first checked in and had to be regularly replaced, given the humidity.

Excellent value for money if one wants to be within walking distance of several key attractions, shops and restaurants. I also loved how quiet it was at night, with none of the usual sounds of traffic, etc. given its central location.

Not enough room facilities e.g hanger, wardrobe, TV, hair drier etc. but it is still good value for money.

The breakfast was delicious every day, we loved the fresh fruit. The little pool was perfect and my son really loved it.

There was one staff member who wasn't as pleasant and when I asked for clean towels and more water. I got one bottle, and the towel he gave me had quite a few holes in it! I felt like I was being a nuisance when I asked and his response.
