Quiet yet close to centre, Yuli’s Guesthouse offered plenty of space and privacy with little bungalows in grassy gardens. Three pools meant almost a private pool! The room was spacious, perhaps a little dated, and comfortable. Team were friendly and helpful.

Con: My room is towards the end at the back, and I can hear loud music from some neighbouring establishments at night. Can also hear the motorbikes in the back roads at night. Not the best for a noise-sensitive sleeper. The room also has spotty wifi even though the rest of the premise seems fine. Room doesn’t have hot water. Only communal have hot water but even that is intermittent. My neighbours were talking way past midnight and I could hear them very clearly, even though they probably weren't even that loud

Pro: Yuli is very nice. Bonus point, according to Yuli this is the only local-owned business in the area. They have a very good restaurant on site. One of the best local cuisines in the area, which is otherwise filled up with bland westernised “local food” targeting white tourists. The massage is also good. Cute kitten around

The room was ok, but the toilet was often clogged and we had to use external bathroom. The shower in the room had only cold water.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer a very good breakfast and many services. The location is central in Kuta, close to the main streets.

Some minor maintenance in our room would go a long way. Fixing bathroom, cupboards and front doors so they close properly.

Yuli's is not a fancy resort, so don't expect fancy. It looks exactly like it does in the photos and does everything it promises. It's a quiet spot in an otherwise busy town, a very short walk to everything you'll want or need. We stayed for five nights and would certainly stay again. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Scooter rental was easy to organise, as were transfers. Recommend stopping at Kedai Kopi for a spicy tea every night on your way home!

Beds were a bit soft for our liking and aircon a bit stuffy if we were being picky.

Lovely bungalow in very well kept large landscaped garden area with 3 pools and gazebis to chill out on. A real uasus away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Breakfasts were good and the staff were all very helpful and lovely we giot to meet Yuli herself who was great and very friendly.

We loved out stay at Yuli's. The staff can't do enough to help and are so friendly. The rooms are comfortable with good beds. We would recommend a stay here without reservation.

Some of the interior is a bit dated, but value for money is more than excellent, so you get a lot more than what you're paying for 🤩

Heartwarming host and amazing staff! We will definitely come again if we make it to Lombok again. Well kept gardens and several pools and very kind and helpful people. The spa was great as well.

beds were older and not that comfortable. in room shower only had cool water. if you wanted a hot shower you needed to go out to the shared pool area.

breakfast was good, basic and also offered indonesian flavors ( but we didn't try them). 3 pools on the property. rooms were spacious. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and arranged some day tours for us.

There is only cool showers in your room but to be fair you need this during the hot days. There are warm ones in blocks just short distance way from your room.

Yuli's is located centrally to town. It is great to have the breakfasts each morning with options of pancakes or eggs (any way) with toast, plus local food too (nasi goreng and mie goreng) which are delicious. The pools cool you down during the hot afternoons! Also being able to have a massage on site (which is extra, but still well priced) during your stay is fabulous. They had run out of scooters to hire but were able to contact a local guy who organised some for us. Nothing is too hard to do here, if you just ask.

The rooms are old and could use some repainting, new tabs etc. To modernize but for this price we were fine with that.

For the price it’s great there is a large garden so you feel free and the size off the rooms is great. Several pools you can use. Walking distance from the village en friendly staff. Decent breakfast is included.

A fridge and hot water in your room would make it an 11/10, but for the price it’s very good !!! Also you have access to communal fridges and great hot showers… so not a problem really!!

Yuli’s was fantastic. Great location, very clean, spacious grounds with 3 pools and little cabanas to relax in, and Yuli and her staff were so friendly and welcoming ( special shout out to Gawan who could not have been more helpful and always with a warm smile!!) All their services are excellent and reasonably priced, from washing to scooter hire. Breakfast was basic but tasty…. One of the best places we’ve stayed in Indonesia!!!

Great location in Kuta. 5 mins walk to main strip. Friendly staff who organised driver. 3 pools to choose from. Room big and clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Simple and well cooked breakfast. Security guard on duty at night. Yes only cold water in room shower but shared amenities for a hot shower near pool. Lovely gardens to relax in. Will stay here again.
