We paid for the breakfast for 8 days but only ate twice as very basic. Didn't use the pool as looked very cloudy and the tree in the middle is a bad design. Had to ask the staff to fill the water bottles daily and the shower area becomes a wet room when showering. Probably would stay somewhere else next time, but the Gili's are beautiful.

The property is in a good location situated in the middle of the island between Turtle and Sunset beach. It is a quieter area but there are a couple of close restaurants close by. Staff are nice and friendly. The beds are very comfortable, and the property overall is fair value.

My room was too close to the pool and so it was very noisy. I woke during the night to lots of noise during the night.

The decor was just gorgeous! Everything was so clean. It was a real treat to stay there.

The bathroom setup is designed such that everything gets wet when using the shower, but this isn't a big deal.

This is a great location for exploring both sides of the island, and I loved the boutique concept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our check-in time was at 3 PM, but we arrived at 11 AM and were feeling quite overheated after walking from the harbor. The staff kindly allowed us to use the pool to cool off, and they made our room ready earlier than scheduled.

Due to rain weather there were too many flies in the reception area & top floor dining room. The swimming pool had plant 🪴 obstacle right in the middle of the pool, so it is only a very narrow area to swim through past the plant area from one side of the pool to another. Badly designed idea. Breakfast choice was limited & especially for my wife who is vegetarian - she only had choice of coffee, a couple of slices of bread, fruit, fruit squash & jam.

Our room & bed were comfortable. Clean room. Direct access to the swimming pool from our room was handy.

Don't take the option with the breakfast her, there is no the buffet and you can a better choice in the caffe 😁 I read a review where a guy was pissed off because of open system in the shower so the whole floor is flooded. It's true and they made a drain hole higher than the rest of a floor so if you won't help it to go there, it'll stay forever. But it didn't bother me much. I mean, we are in the middle of nowhere and they are just more relaxed here. Your feet will get dry in the second so I didn't seem to me as a problem. Also don't expect from the stuff the European quality. They are a bit distracted and slow but sincerely ready to help you with anything you need

It's a new hotel so everything looks good and fresh. The stuff was really nice but I guess you can be welcomed like that in every hotel on Gili Islands. The design of a hotel is pleasant, like on photos.

Property was still in renovation stage so a little noisy at times, it didn’t bother us too much :-) Maybe some chairs near the pool would be great!

Lovely staff, comfortable and cool rooms, great bike hire and laundry facilities, welcoming hosts, comfy beds and lovely balcony’s. Gorgeous local cats visit the reception!

There is nothing we don‘t liked about the hotel.

The hotel room was equipped with everything that we needed. We have used the pool very often, the breakfast was good and the hotel staff so nice. Place is still under construction. Walls seem to be made from paper as the noise was very clear from the street. That being said at night there is barely any activity. No Tv and the shower is shared with the toilet. Not to much of a problem if you are just a couple or solo.

Brand new hotel, very friendly staff and very accommodating. It's located right in the middle of the island making it good distance from the resort beaches and the busy harbour. Room were very clean.

The room was noisy (faced directly on the main road) with no outside space. When we arrived, the room was dirty, the sink was clogged and the bathroom had a bad smell. Air-conditioning wasn’t working on the top floor. We asked for a refund, but the manager did everything she could to make it impossible. For peace of mind we gave up and unhappily stayed for entire period. During our stay they forgot to do our room, the used towels were left in the bathtub un-changed. We stayed in the family room on the first floor.

Photos were strategically taken. The pool area was small with nowhere to relax if you didn’t have an adjoining pool room. Water was freezing as the building shadows the pool all day. As beautiful as the room was, the stairs were so steep, you could only go up and down like a ladder. Not ideal with an infant and young children. The bathroom was stunning. But on our first shower, there was no fall on the concrete and the strip was missing for the overflow (didn’t work when it was there) and the water flooded into the bathroom.

Staff were fantastic, the reception man was super friendly and wanting to help at all times.

Really loved my stay! The villa was super pretty, with beautiful interior details and a very relaxed vibe. The pool was always clean and felt really fresh, and the bed was super comfy. Everything in the room felt well maintained and cozy. The location is perfect — right between the sunset and sunrise sides of Gili T, so it’s easy to get anywhere but still quiet and peaceful at night. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a calm, stylish place to stay on the island!

No hot water in the room and this hotel was used by groups of young travellers coming home drunk partying in the upstairs cafe space. Rooms near to the road are loud with passing people and horses. Swimming pool looks like a dirty swamp not like the photos. I have stayed in better accommodation on Gili T

It is further out of the way then maps made it out to be. A very long walk. Bikes is your main option otherwise you will be walking a long time. The room itself was nice but the shower was a wet bathroom and made a mess everywhere. During the rain the water had puddles from (we don’t know where outside- maybe windows). Also the stairs were so scary in the room and very steep. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Pool is very small. Very nice aesthetically though
