Friendly staff. They explained everything about Ubud area, we had rent the scooter with them and they arranged the driver to the other location as well . They also picked up us to the airport late night (an extra service at a great price). The location is close to souvenir shops, nice restaurants, massage places, and a supermarket, really good!

Excellent location, hotel service was top class and great WiFi was appreciated by the kids. No TV's in rooms was a surprise but it didn't impact our stay. Would stay here again ...

It would be helpful to have more hangers in the bathroom, as there was space for only two towels. Additionally, the safe was not secured to anything, so it could easily be taken with everything inside.

The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the main road, making it quiet while still being close to Ubud Palace and the centre. There are many good dinner and coffee options nearby. The hotel staff was very friendly, and one of the managers, Yuni, responded quickly on WhatsApp, helping us with anything we needed during our stay.

Really great location so peaceful but easy walking distance to main streets in Ubud. Lovely breakfast and super comfy bed. Would happily stay there again.

You fell like at home. They are a beautiful family and you have all that you need. The swimming pool and the room always pristine. We stayed half a month and never had any to claim. Just in the center of the town. The bed and the room are hugh. We'll go there each time we stay in Ubud.

The location is close to central Ubud, but located in a quiet street. The room is big, has a nice balcony and the bed is huge. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here when you are going to Ubud.

It was very nice that the breakfast was being served on the table in front of the room in a time chosen from us, but the breakfast itself was just ok.

The accommodation was very well positioned in Ubud, right in the centre, walking distance from the main points of interest. The room was very nice and clean, had everything needed for a good rest. From the beginning, the staff helped us with everything. The breakfast was delicious and punctual at the chosen hour. Also they recommended us a driver for our stay in and around Ubud, who made the trip much easier. Overall very nice and helpful people and we would repeat our stay if we came back.

Imagine it's quite hard to find if you don't get a transfer direct from the hotel because it's down a small road so I imagine taxis won't drop you at the door and no formal reception after the morning breakfast. Anyone travelling alone or at night I would suggest getting a transfer direct there.

Really quiet location, comfortable room with great bathroom and lovely staff who bring breakfast to your terrace in the morning. Got a great airport pick up which was also seemless

Around the pool area was a bit mouldy, and the pool was quite chlorinated.

Great value for the price - the bed was super comfortable and massive! The room was simple, clean but spacious. Perfect location where you can walk everywhere, in the centre of ubud, which was perfect. And nice and quitet. Staff were incredible friendly, helpful and polite.

Cleaning is done only every 2 days, which is fine and more responsible, but it's probably better to ask the guest when they want to get the room cleaned and the towels replaced because we were a little confused about this. Tea cups should also be replaced every day. Breakfast is nice but could have a little more variety. Also it should include both a hot drink and a juice instead of having to choose just one. A suggestion, not really a criticism (since the hotel is still new): the rooms could be better decorated.

Beautiful and peaceful place! Well located, close to Jalan Raya Ubud and many shops and restaurants. Rooms are functional, have good furniture and look the same as on the photos. Really nice little pool. The family who owns the hotel is gentle and friendly. The owner helped us arrange our transfer to Kuta at the end of our stay and was very flexible about it.

Acoustic could be looked at, you can't hear noises from outside since it's a quiet street, but from the other room. I think this can be solved easily.

The airport pick-up was very smooth, and the scooter rental process was easy and convenient. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. The accommodation is well located. We would always love to come back.
