Internet was not the best, but luckily we had our own mobile data. Its working well on the beach, but not that good in the room.

Room was so beautiful and clean. Pool is nice. Beach is super calm and breakfast on the beach was cool! They offer bicycles for rent. You get fresh drinking water every day and some local snacks. Great experience overall!

Loved this place a lot! It was quite expensive although I think that is standard for this island. Loved our private villa and the restaurant and staff were amazing. Very clean and outdoor bathroom is incredible. The location is the best on the island especially for snorkelling right off the breach after Brekky on the beach.

Staff may need more training. Trainees provide better service than staff in some cases. Most of the food menu is western, had hoped for more local dishes (absolutely loved the soup at dinner).

Very comfortable villa. Location is quiet despite the short distance to bars. Amazing beach front. Delicious breakfast serving Lombok coffee. Bikes for rent.

Some noise from adjoining villas when you share a wall with them as it’s quite thin.

Staff were lovely and always happy to help with bikes and snorkelling gear etc., and the food was amazing. Great location away from the hustle and bustle but with amazing snorkelling and sunsets right out front.

The light in the room could maybe be better and there are some mosquitos in the bathroom because it is partly outside. But they also provide repellant for it, so not a big issue.

The location was the best, and actually just being able to walk out and see the turtles in the ocean and the staff great. The atmosphere was nice and calm all the time. We loved it and would enjoy coming back.

We recently stayed at Wilson’s Retreat for two nights during our trip to Bali and Gili T and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The villa was beautifully maintained – private, quiet, and tastefully designed, with a perfect blend of modern comfort and tropical charm. We especially loved the private pool, which was a serene escape after a day of exploring Gili T. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor bathroom gave it that true Bali touch. Just located opposite from the beach and super close area’s vibrant cafes, Wilson’s Retreat felt like a secluded oasis. It was the perfect place to relax and reconnect. The on-site restaurant offered a surprisingly good selection of food and drinks – we had breakfast there both mornings and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Wifi was patchy. Fast boat to Padang Bai was cancelled, which meant a very long return trip via slow ferry - but that's not the hotel's fault!

Location is great - away from the noise of the harbour area, but busy enough to be interesting. Lovely beach for swimming with turtles, and watching the sunset with a cold Bintang. Staff were lovely. Very relaxing vibe.

The outdoor bathrooms are great - that is until you get Bali belly and have to sit in the boiling sun with your head in the toilet.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful beach, and the friendly, attentive staff. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant was great – especially the tables set right on the sand by the beach. The location is also perfect for snorkeling, we saw turtles several times! We highly recommend this place.
