Very good location, walking distance to the center. We didn't meet the staff but they made sure everything was arranged.

Bathroom had no sink, like expected, only cold water. The bad was making a lot of noise.

Very nice and tidy room, with everyday cleaning. Nice owner.

There was no basin in the bathroom, so you had to brush your teeth into the toilet :D. No hot water either.

The room is located in a lovely neighbourhood where you will get to see and experience the locals' lifestyle. The owner and his family are lovely, very helpful and thoughtful. The bed is comfortable and the aircon works well. The room is cleaned daily and the towels are changed. The owner always provides hot water for teas of coffees. Their laundry service is great!

The bathroom has a strong smell of drains. The street gets quite loud at times with the bikes and the neighbour's birds.

The owner always at your disposal. Staff/neighbours friendly and helpful.

This place has an amazing host family who respond very quickly and patiently to all manner of queries and requests. The price cannot be beaten. Absolutely excellent value for money. The locals in the area are incredibly kind, friendly and warm in their manner at all times. It is far from the road, down a laneway, so there is no traffic noise - just the sound of birds and the call to prayer.

For the price there is nothing else I would expect.

Sigit and his family were wonderful hosts! The guesthouse is situated in a residential area and everyone made us feel incredibly welcome. The room was comfortable and clean. Free bottled water, WiFi and room cleaning daily. Within a walk of the museum and Palace, Malioboro Road and everything else was a taxi away. Great laundry service.

A slightly bigger towel would have been nice.

August 2023. Sigit, the owner, is a lovely and kind person. He takes care of everything you need, from transports to activities. We spent 5 days with him and the experience was awesome. I really reccomend him for your planning during your staying in Yogya. The room is exactly what you see in description. Minimal but clean and comfortable. It is located in a locals residential area: so, remember where you are! Position is 5 min walking from Malioboro street and other attractions. Thank you very much

I wasn't looking for a budget room (my mistake), but I ended up in a lovely traditional area of Yogyakarta with friendly people around. It was a great experience. Sometimes life gives you surprises. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spotlessly cleaned every day! I even got clean towels after my second day.

The only problem I found is that there wasn't a washing basin.
