The owner and the place were SPECTACULAR. It was spotless, not only the room, but the entire place. The breakfast was very good, you can also rent a bike there (very good price) and it’s close to many places to visit, eat and shop. To sum up, we highly recommend this place to every single person traveling to Ubud since it has absolutely everything.

The walls are a little bit thin so if people are loud outside you can hear it, but otherwise it is super quiet and we LOVED staying here.

The best place we’ve stayed in Bali, one of the best places I’ve EVER stayed. The family who run this place are lovely and will go out of their way to help you out. The free breakfast is great, the rooms are comfortable and clean (with AC), the pool is glorious. It is SO nice to be out of the craziness of Ubud, but there is still lots to do within walking distance (nice restaurants and waterfalls too)! Do yourself a favour and stay here! We extended and wish we could have extended more…

I just can't help but extend everytime! It's so peaceful and I feel so listened, helped, welcomed. Mangku the owner loves babies and we had such a good time there ! Excellent wifi, quiet, peaceful, near restaurants shops and coffees. If you have the opportunity, don't miss the chance to go there.

It's been already a couple of times I come back there and everything is perfect; the family is so amazing, kind and funny! The room is comfortable and spacious, hot water, excellent wifi (I could work with online class around 5 to 10 people at the same time with no issue ! Good spot for nomad digital and online workers). It's in a quiet and lightful place, near Ubud. I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay at Werkudara Homestay. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything I needed, which made me feel right at home. The accommodation was spotless and well-maintained, showing real care and attention to detail. The pool was a real highlight — cool, clean, and the ideal spot to chill out after a day exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a laid-back, comfortable place to stay. Mr G Warung just around the corner has some phenomenal food at local prices.

Breakfast wasn't entirely to our liking. Pancakes and french toast were covered in too sweet syrup. Though I'm positive they wouldn't hesitate to change this for you if you'd ask!

We loved our stay at this guest house! Wonderful people ready to help or just chat every now and then, making us feel right at home. Helpful but completely unintrusive. Lovely room, very clean, great pool for cooling off right out the door.

I love this place, I only stayed for 2 nights but I definitely would have stayed for longer if I could have. The owners, Sandi and Mangku, are so welcoming. We had some lovely chats and they very kindly invited me to a Balinese ceremony as well ♥️ The rooms are clean, it’s very relaxing and peaceful, the garden is heavenly. Breakfast was yummy, I had french toast and pancakes, with fresh fruit. I have a bike so it’s easy for me to get around, but I’m sure it’s also easy enough to get Gojeks and Grabs. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay 🥰

The checkin was really smooth, the hosts personally showed us the property. They were very helpful, comforting. The villa we stayed in was a total value for money. It was beautifully built with care for detail. Very pleasant and peaceful stay, and the private pool a cherry on cake. With Ubud main street not more than 30 mins and a lot of waterfalls near by makes this property a must visit. The host made us drink a local Balinese drink called Arak, but make sure it’s legit otherwise can be harmful as well (You can die as well) Also for food near a lot of nearby cafes to try on. Spent 5 days here and had such an amazing time stay , the area about 25 mins taxi from Ubud centre is a whole world away , peaceful, tranquil , stunning little village with amazing food places and coffee shops, the accommodation is clean and comfortable and the breakfast every morning was great, lovely family that runs it all so Helpful and friendly!! If I ever come back to Bali I will be staying here again 100%.

The location was quiet and relaxed, but still had plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. It's about 20 minutes from Ubud centre in a grab. The hosts were so friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing, something different everyday along with fresh fruit and tea and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the pool, it was nice to have a dip every afternoon to cool down. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

We liked everything!

We really loved our stay here. Beautiful room that was at a very good price. No mosquitos in the room, which was uncommon during our Bali trip :) The hosts are wonderful people and super helpful. You can rent a bike when you get there. We enjoyed it a lot!
