The bedroom was nice however the bathroom was old and has a musty smell.

Nothing really.

The location was superb and the staff were super helpful smiley and accommodating. There was a 2 hour torrential downpour which meant the beach restaurants were not accessible or do-able. The street in front of the hotel turned into a small river, yet when dining in the hotel side of the restaurant, the staff managed to bring all the drinks that needed to be made on the beach side, over without getting them wet or spilt in the 'river'. The stay suited our purposes beautifully.

Only the shower seat often comes off, because it doesn't have a handle.

I was here 2 nights 3 days,. And vacation with family. The staff from the reception to the bar are very nice and humanist. It's nice to talk to them. Very close to the center of the action and the beach. That's a plus.

Unfortunately the manager seamed to struggle with depression which was sad for him and very uncomfortable to be near with his very negative attitude and comments

We booked 2 rooms the other for our 6 and 9 year old daughters and our rooms were not next to each other but I guess I should have stipulated that but most resorts just do this

The bathroom is outside, it a bit tricky when is raining. And the toilet desk ready for a change.

The bamboo bungalow is pretty nice, cool that you have water and refrigerator in the room. The chilling part by the beach is also nice and calm, u can make yoga, or just relax on the beds. Amazing sunrises :) The staff very helpful and friendly. Nice dogs around :)

I booked the room with request notes "room on the 1st floor, room not on the corner", but they gave me an old room on the corner of the 2nd floor. the room and furniture look old, the bathroom is spacious, dark, and spooky.

The hotel is located next door to the mosque so you will hear the call to prayer, which is played over very loud speakers, throughout the day. It is part of the beautiful culture of this island but the 5am call was a bit much everyday. The garden room we stayed in was basic with no TV, not sure if the other rooms by the pool had one, not really needed but maybe handy for some people. The room could have done with some maintenance to freshen it up but we had no issues during our stay. The beach out the front was swimmable but busy with boats coming and coming for tours.

Great location on the island, able to walk to Turtle Point. It's a busy location however not in the busy party area but close enough to walk there. Friendly helpful staff who looked after us very well and able to book trips, hire bikes and get anything we needed. Excellent value for the price we paid. The beach is beautiful in front of the property and the included breakfast was very generous, delicious and included a bottle of water which is always great.

It's dirty. Aircon does not work. Nobody is available to call. The garden view is the view of a wrecked hotel (see photos). The staff are rude.

We have been disappointed by the high gap between the photos on booking and the reality of the rooms. The latter were very different front those captured in the photos. They are very ugly. In particular, the bathroom was very uncomfortable. The first day we didn’t find the toilet paper and we find a towel with a big hole - moreover, the towels were just 2 for the whole holiday. Finally, on the floor it was full of death ants because they sprayed certain unknown products. Last but not least the hotel was close to the mosque, and 5 times a day the prayers were sang at a very loud volume, even at uncomfortable times (like midnight and 5am).

Where should I start… Bed and pillows are horrible… very old and smelly. Our bed sheets were dirty with black spots. The towels were broken and once you used them smelled horrible. The employees were always laying in the floor or in the pool. Starting for the manager, what an image!! You should use the time to clean well the rooms and fix all the things are broken in the property, not like that. So lazy… they didn’t clean your room if you didn’t ask for, and you had to lend them your keys… Also the hotel is next to a mosque so be ready to wake up at 5 am… the should at least say something and give you earplugs (they won’t do anything but at least try to accommodate you for the inconvenience)… We also rented a bike there for two days, one of this two days was used at half and the other half we got an excursion the manager selled to us. We asked that same afternoon for a bike only for couple hours that night and he offer us the same price as a complete day. What a scam and bad behavior with your customers. We only had breakfast at the property but once you see the kitchen you will never want to eat there again. What a disappointed place, thank that the island is amazing because this place it’s horrendous. We left one day earlier because our flight changed and the sea was complicated they didn’t allowed us to change the dates, but actually we didn’t care because getting away from this place was better.

Jaya, the manager is amazing. So friendly & helpful. We stayed here 6 months ago & met him then & stayed again this time & caught up with Jaya again. He is now our family. Highly recommended.
