The beds were rock solid. Very hard to get to sleep. The rooms were quite small, damp and boxy. The bathroom also was a bit of a disappointment, with one shower head for hot and one shower head for cold, with the hot water getting cold after about 5 mins.

The staff were great! Very nice and helpful. The property also had a lovely stop on the beach which gave you access to sun loungers there in a great space to see turtles.

Bathroom has a very bad smell we had to keep the door closed at all times and the shower didn’t even turn on. Beds were rock hard. Couldn’t change air con temperature and tv didn’t work.

Great location, on turtle point. 15 min walk from harbour. Friendly staff and good WiFi. Very affordable.

Great location, bike and scooter rent is onsite, and you can see great sun rise in the beach. Staff were great, rooms were clean and bed was comfy.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the air con needs attention. Doors were hard to open and close and I was unable to lock without assistance due to misalignment. Had to request a fridge to be brought in by showing it was listed on my booking. No cable TV (as advertised), just local channels.

Fantastic proximity to the beach. Staff member, Gop, who worked on the beach bar, was amazing. Incredibly friendly and helpful.

Rooms are unclean, floor and bathroom was filthy. Had stains on the mattress under the sheets. Strange atmosphere with the workers lounging outside our room most of the day. The pool water was green so we didn't use it. it This was an expensive stay for us and it was not value for money at all. Wouldn't recommend.

We enjoyed the stay, and it was value for money, but the rooms were small and the bathroom was not air-conditioned. The pool - as mentioned in other reviews - was really just a green pond that you couldn't swim in. Staff were not very welcoming, and when I reported dirt and ants all over one of the beds thier first response was not good enough.

Well located complex of rooms with pleasant veradahs overlooking a lush courtyard with pool. Comfortable beds and a range of hire options from the reception. Great breakfast served on a restaurant area next to the beach.

The structure it's old and not well maintained unfortunately. It has big potential but they are not investing the money to maintain so for example the pool dock wood it's broken in parts and dangerous. The pool was green almost the time, never really clean water. The mattress are super hard like stones. For me no problem but my family complain about them. They don't have good cleaning standards so we have to clean the staff to clean again the room. The toilet was stinky we have to buy deodorants for the toilet and keep the door close all the time.

Ok this is a controversial on, I like the position just south of the busy area, so quite but very close to restaurants and all the activities. It's beach front with private beach with umbrellas and nice resto on the beach. We choose the biggest room so was spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For the money we paid was great.

Very hard beds, so hard that it's difficult to get comfortable. Rubbish lying around under the rooms. Noisy at times both very early (staff sweeping ay 6.15am) and late (guests in pool at midnight). Electricity didn't work in the room to boil the kettle, so we had to move after 2 nights. Was an annoying buzzing sound from the meter for the next room for days, despite reporting it to staff for 3 days. There was no daily water given, and the room was not cleaned at all in 5 days. The pool is green, so while I'm sure it is clean, it doesn't look like it. The food at the restaurant was average. For the price I paid, I was a little disappointed, to be honest.

Staff were doing big deal about the towels. When I checked in lady said I have a free towels and I can use bed at the beach on front of hotel, next day they wanted to charged me when I asked again for a towel . They said I can have a free towel to use only for a pool area but when I go to to the beach with a towel - 6 meters on front on hotel I need to pay... so ridiculous , especially when two employees give different information.. when you walking around hotel employees lying down everywhere ,sleeping , you see a lot of garbage left, very unprofessional to see from the guest view.

The bathroom had an ongoing leak that management were are of. The bath floor mat was soaked before we even arrived, as stayed that way during our stay. The floor in bathroom basically wet the entire time due to this leak.

The pool was quite dirty, the rooms were dirty and the staff didn’t clean them even once, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, bathrooms didn’t dry and they smelled very strongly like a sewer. There were black stains on the walls (foot marks etc.)

The room was not very clean. We stayed for 5 nights and paid $100 Aus a night with no breakfast. The room didn't get cleaned once. We had to empty our own bins and pay for beach towels. Other resorts on the island offer a lot more for a lot less.

They asked uss if we wanted to do our laundry, we said yes (for 50.000idr) en after the laundry they sais yes it was per kilo so now you need to pay 150.000 idr, we were not happy about that

Our room wasn't expensive but didn't feel nice. The bathroom floor was where the shower drained, and it didn't drain overnight and generally didn't feel clean.
