The property is beautiful, new, clean and the villas are out of this world. The whole place is quiet and perfect for relaxing, with all the facilities needed. The staff are very friendly. Would definitely come here again!

That we stayed only 3 nights, but planning to return one day and stay longer.

The villa was great; I loved the intimacy we had, even though we were given the first villa next to the lobby. Despite its location, it was fairly quiet. The villa was spacious, the pool was amazing (1.4m). Surprisingly, we did not have any problems with mosquitoes during our stay. The breakfast was good, with a great variety of choice. The coffee was not to my taste and I had to pay extra to get a stronger coffee. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

They offer a lot of channels, but you actually have to have your own membership to use Netflix, etc. At other similar resorts, you watch on their membership, which would be much better. It would also be good to have the breakfast in the villas. We ordered the floating breakfast the day before we left, but they were not able to do it - we were very disappointed about that.

You cannot fault the villas, the resort, or the staff here - it is amazing! The villa, the room, the big pool, the comfy bed - all perfect. And the staff will do anything for you - special big thanks to Tama, who sourced some special souvenirs we were having trouble finding. He really went out of his way.

Nothing! A general store would be nice inside the hotel to buy necessities but is a store down the road. Other than that it was perfect to stay there.

Everything: service, the room (with a spectacular private pool), the private garden and the restaurant (great choice for breakfast and dinner). Very clean with a lot of services and facilities (gym, leisure room, spa, common pool).

Hard to even think of something. But I didn't get a glass of fresh orange at breakfast for any of my 3 days there. Not something to even complain about as everything at breakfast was great.

Nothing - we would come back in a heart beat

We loved our stay, everything was great. all the staff were amazing and very attentive, Loved the buffet breakfast which changed daily. They even arrived singing happy birthday at our table the morning of my 40th birthday - that was extra special. Having our own pool was great we used this a lot.

The vegetarian options were very limited. The pillows were very big and could cause neck pain. The AC was inadequate and hence the room was a bit hot.

The environment & ambience was nice… but was too quiet for my own liking. Room was comfortable, toilet was clean and was open aired (connected to the private pool), and the design of the place was pretty special. Perhaps more lights to brighten up the pavements and a more soundproof door/ separation from the toilet might make travelers like myself feel safer. Don’t get me wrong - i think it’s great if you’re looking for just peace, quiet, no disturbance kinda vacation. Having your own private pool is amazing, but perhaps with more security/ patrolling in the villa compound & more soundproof doors might be better! We did a morning yoga too in the garden area… was an exceptional experience! Breakfast was pretty good (:

The private villas with private pool are amazing. Very comfortable with spacious room and spacious open bathroom. Also the mainpool of Vivara is huge!!! Since it was very quiet we had also that pool to ourselves. Breakfast was good and complete. Service by the people who work there are amazing. Everybody is very friendly and nothing is too crazy.

Everything was incredible, definitely the key point of your stay! In a relaxing location, so you will have to travel a bit if you want to do stuff. But it was honestly perfect. Breakfast was a large buffet style with lots of variety, facilities were amazing and all staff were incredible!
