Very comfortable linen, bed and pillows. Warm and good pressure on the shower. The whole villa area was very clean (albeit old), it was well maintained that one hardly notice the age of the building. The staff was exceptionally helpful, kind and attentive. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Upstairs bathroom in Villa 2. Exhaust fan was ordinary, the shower fitting stuck solid and was unable to be moved up for a taller person, overall the bathroom itself requires some maintenance to get it back up to first rate standard. Light fitting in main living/kitchen area of Villa 2 is a safety issue, hangs too low and has to be avoided by walking around it.

The staff were extremely helpful in every way possible. Breakfast was supplied on time everyday and included in the daily room fee. Daily room service was supplied. WIFI was amazing and very helpful with teenagers in the villa.

If you want to be within walking distance to beach and shops then this would not suit. However a 15 minute car trip gets you the beach and shop point centre

Group of 7 ladies who thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and the villa was clean and all beds so comfortable. The best part of the stay was the staff.

Vinila Villas is conveniently closed about 30 minutes from Denpasar Airport and in a tranquil, tucked away area. The staff was friendly and timely at all times. The villa we stayed at was comfortable and clean, we had plenty of space to retriet or to be together. The pool was very clean, more clean than most pools we went to.

EVERYTHING WAS GLORIOUS!!! Had the pleasure of staying here for my birthday with friends. We had a regular villa and the Penthouse. The staff made the stay so amazing and lovely. They were very accommodating, very kind, very efficient and made us feel very comfortable. We loved the pool, the breakfast, the beds, the whole experience. One of the best places I have stayed. Our whole group was beyond pleased. The team also surprised me with birthday cakes which were beyond beautiful. I know the next time I am in Bali this is definitely the place I will return too. Thank you Arta, Rama and Putri for an unbelievable stay🥰.

Some places within the villa needed repairs specifically the kitchen (cupboards were nailed closed and there was next to no kitchen facilities) and the main sliding door to the pool which was jammed in its tracks) No flyscreens on may doors or windows and lots of insects around so we had to keep everything closed up as there was no fly spray either. The poolside deck was in a really bad condition with exposed nails, peeling paint and warping. The beds all had extra firm mattresses and huge high pillows with no other options available. The location was isolated from anything else so very inconvenient without transport. You must have a car or bike to do anything. We had a driver come and take us everywhere as it was too dangerous to walk along the road (no footpaths or lights) the beach was a 20 min walk, Bali Connection (food and shopping) 25 min drive.

The staff were absolutely amazing. The room cleaning, room service, breakfast and the pool. All meals were exceptional and delivered to our room promptly. The courtyard was very serene.

The breakfasts were quite disappointing and the wifi was extremely poor. Also the location probably wasn't the best, as we seemed fairly far when walking anywhere.

Beautiful property and staff were so nice. Very quick on all requests and even gave us a surprise bday cake. Food was great. Staff remembers all family names and greetings from staff by name was very personalized.

The deck needed an upgrade - bit wobbly in parts. Wine glasses would have been a good inclusion.

Someone was there to meet us when we arrived and my son arrived 2 hours before us and he was able to enter the villa - which was greatly appreciated. The staff are amazing!

No poolside shade umbrellas, no bottled water in bathrooms for safe teeth cleaning, no table and chairs in shady Gazebo by pool , large glass doors from pool to living area doors (a huge selling point for us initially) were not opening properly, and the outdoor bath in the Master suite was damaged and not maintained. The staff should not have needed to deal with these concerns (but they did so quickly and happily). The owners need to be on top of investing in the upkeep of these lovely villas. The upstairs suite flooded during a night of monsoonal rain, simply due to leaves blocking the balcony gutter. Like all other issues, this is very easy to prevent, and I am sure every one of these issues will not be there next time we visit. Another area for a little investment is the driveway entrance, which is not in keeping with the lush and stunning gardens and landscaping within. There is also signage missing in a few key places to guide the way.

Although we encountered several maintenance and amenity oversights, the managers and staff were outstanding and exceptional in handling all of our concerns. They made our stay very welcoming, and we felt at home. Every request was handled diligently and the service was over and beyond. The manager and assistant manager took note of my suggestions with enthusiasm,as did our main 'butlers', as I have multiple comparisons to give, having stayed all over the island in varying kinds of hotels, private villas and apartments. I believe all of these oversights will be efficiently dealt with with the owners' diligent and receptive input. I am already planning another stay based on these wonderful people and the general vibe of the location.
